A wonderfully convenient location to both Kure Beach and Carolina Beach restaurants and shops, a few blocks to the entrance to the wonderful new biking and walking greenway and luxurious comfortable surroundings for the entire family make KB Surf Shack your perfect family vacation destination.

This 5 bedroom home has a completely new look with upgraded everything, from new mattresses, bedding and rugs, to upgraded lighting and furniture and new kitchen. Gleaming hardwoods in all the rooms and bedrooms, clean tile floors in all the baths, and a new dishwasher, gas cooktop and built in oven will help make this rental house feel like your home away from home. Whether it’s curled up around the large upgraded flat screen in the living room or taking an afternoon nap in the shade on the covered upstairs porch, you and your family will appreciate all the comforts of home here at KB Surf Shack. Need to whip up a meal for 12? No problem because KB Surf Shack has a totally new array of dinnerware, kitchen accessories and small appliances to make your meal prep a breeze! A Ninja food processor and smoothie maker, a coffee grinder, sharp knives and many more upgraded kitchen accessories and barware will help your inner chef shine!

You will be greeted with a convenience package upon arrival with some items to make your stay and packing extra easy, including starter amount of dishwasher pods, dish soap, a fresh sponge, dish towels, trash bags, laundry pods, and at KB Surf Shack will you find bed linens (beds will be made for you) and bath linens, including Turkish beach towels.

KB Surf Shack is the north side of a luxury two-sided duplex and, as such, the pool will be shared with the south side of the duplex. The walkway to the beach is also shared. The north side of the private large deck overlooking the pool has many lounge chairs, an outdoor grill and a table to enjoy outdoor time during your stay. The large covered porch upstairs accessed by the primary bedroom will be the perfect place to watch the sunrise or escape the summer heat with an incredible view of the ocean.

Ready to head to dip your toes in the sand? Just grab a beach towel, a beach chair and a great book and spend the day relaxing. Forgot something? KB Surf Shack is located beach front and a few shot steps away from the waves and sand.

We love our four-legged family members but ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed, and any guest with pets will be asked to leave immediately, will forfeit their security deposit, and will not receive any refunds for the remainder of their visit.
