Spacious and close to everything in Pigeon Forge. The linens were clean and the beds slept great! I do wish the host would consider placing a sectional in the living room. The house accommodates so many, but the living room seats 5 adults. The kitchen was clean, but Keurig had to be hand washed because there was an old k cup left in it. Additionally, the only shower with a decent shower head was in the bathroom on the main floor. The shower heads in the bathrooms upstairs are broken and no longer suspend outward from the wall. It’s also difficult to get hot water. Hot water was a user error, must pull the handle out, not turn toward hot or cold. Lastly, the shower floors upstairs are very creaky and feel like you might fall through them because the pan flexes. Otherwise, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. It truly is a great property for a short stay, with small room for improvements like most rentals on the market.

The house was very dirty! We requested them to come back and clean and the host never even responded! I initially sent her pictures directly to give her a chance to make it right, but she responded once and then never again through our entire stay. I have pictures to prove all of this, but we vacuumed the main level with 2 fill containers of hair and dirt! The showers had zero water pressure except the one downstairs. The corners in the bathrooms were nasty with either mold or just never cleaned. The showers were full of hair. The bedding wasn't clean. The kitchen table chairs are extremely stained.The least they could do now is a refund on the cleaning fees.

This is a very clean, well-kept, convenient, and extremely roomy home. And to find a home with these characteristics at such an affordable price, helps everyone these days. We had such an enjoyable family weekend.

It was so beautiful! We we so happy staying there. It was right next to the dog park & had a light back yard. The cabin was in the back to me it had more privacy. It doesn't look like a cabin outside, but it does in the inside. It is very modern. The wifi & smart TV's are great. I like howost the rooms had King size beds & each bedroom had a bathroom. It was very roomy & clean. I really can't wait to go back & stay at this cabin again. It is really close to Dollywood & out of the way of heavy traffic. I would recommend staying at this cabin.

There were several issues with the property - no microwave, door knob falling off, bed frame upstairs was not put together, video game did not work, shower heads were installed so that it was difficult to get under the water, hot tub smelled like mold so we couldn't use, the property was listed as brand new but that was not the case. The owner did respond to messages but nothing was addressed while we were there. Disappointed.

Nice cabin not so great communication

We got to the cabin much after check in time, but did not get information for how to access the cabin. It took an hour and a half, 3 messages and 3 phone calls to get a response from the host. Unfortunately, we had freezing temperatures that the area is not used to. This, and an exposed water line, caused the pipes to freeze overnight. It took 2 hours, 2 messages and a phone call before the host said she would contact the HOA. By that time we did not have water to flush our toilets either. It took another 2½ hours, without communication, becore someone showed up to unfreeze the pipes. Beyond that, the bedroom door on the first floor doesn't latch and has a loose door knob, and the showerhead in one of the bathrooms points to the wall and doesn't stay pointed out to shower well. You pretty much are showering at the wall. If you look past those little things then it was a nice place. After our issues were resolved we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, it was the coldest weekend of Winter 2025 and multiple cabins had frozen piping but we did our best to get someone out quickly to thaw the pipes and heat protect them from future issues. Nice and cozy

The home was nice and cozy. We enjoyed our stay, but there was a few minor to small issues. The home needs to be cleaned and maintained more. I understand it’s pet friendly but the pet hair was everywhere all in the beds and floor. The showers were not cleaned with hair all on the walls as well. The hot tub needs cleaning it smells moldy and had brown residue around the inside.. there are not enough cookware to feed 10 people but I made it work. The toilet seats are very loose and broken in two of the bathrooms. The doorknobs are very loose my husband tried screwing them back down but that didn’t work especially for the back door. One of the upstairs shower tiles are coming apart along the whole sidewalls. And the shower pressure in two of the upstairs bathroom has very little water pressure to even take a shower, had to use the other bathroom shower. Last but not least the, no remote control in one of the upstairs main rooms. I reached out to the host about most of these problems once arrived and the next day. No one came out to do anything. Overall the house was nice and cozy just needs MUCH MORE LOVE.From maintenance and cleaning crew. Host does take awhile to a day late to respond.

Overall the property was just okay. It was beautiful. All the showers were broken and barely worked. The floors were dirty, there was an extreme amount of dust on the refrigerator vent, and stains on the chairs. One of the bedrooms had been slept on and made. When we pulled the blanket back, there was hair and dirt all over one side of the bed and it was wrinkled as if someone had just slept on it. The pool was the size of a dining room table and maybe 24” deep. The “arcade” and “game room” were not accurately described - the “game room” had a cheap fuse ball table that you barely have any room on one side, and the “arcade” was one miniature version of an old style arcade game. The host did apologize about the sheets and had someone bring us more. Overall we could stay there and make it work but it’s fortunate we only had to stay for three nights. VRBO is usually good, but this was a let down.

Excelente estadia Fin de Año!!!

Hermosa la cabaña muy acojedora fuimos en Familia a pasar el Fin de año y este alojamiento estuvo espectacular teniamos todo lo que necesitabamos estabamos super cerca del centro y de supermercados y tiendas. Habia espacio para todos en la cabaña andabamos 7 adultos y 3 niños. Todo limpio y todo funcionaba muy bien.. la anfitriona le escribi en un oar de veces y respondio mis inquietudes muy atenta. Definitivamente volveriamos a este lugar!!!
