Welcome to a spacious oasis of quiet relaxation steps away from some of the best attractions of Southern Ontario. We are located within 20 minutes of Niagara Falls, Niagara on The Lake, and Crystal Beach. The house has over 2300 sq. ft of bright open concept living by day and a super-comfortable sleep at night. Wake up to a breathtaking view of nature with wildlife sightings in our half-acre backyard with a pond.

Nearby, within walking distance, is the popular Friendship Trail and Waverley Beach. Enjoy the Lake Erie coastline with a close-up view of the Peace Bridge and the Buffalo, New York skyline. Hop over to Buffalo, New York for a day of shopping, a sporting event, or a concert

INSIDE - This newly renovated home combines Dutch colonial architecture with high-end finishes to provide the comfort and conveniences of contemporary living. Spacious rooms and three full baths offer plenty of living space for families of all sizes. Additional conveniences include a coffee bar, wine fridge, electric fireplace, television, and free wi-fi.

OUTSIDE - A tree-hung hammock invites quiet relaxation. A deck with a barbeque grill and a large backyard patio are perfect for family gatherings. At sunset, gather around the cozy fire pit to roast marshmallows. Birdwatchers are treated to a variety of colourful birds that frequent the half-acre property. A family of deer makes an appearance in the early morning. Steps away everyone can enjoy the new Albert Street Park. This is a very nice home with a beautiful back yard. Plenty of room for everyone and in a great location with a nice playground right across the street for the kiddos. Will definitely rebook if we are in the area.

Lovely stay for families

Great location, across the street from a park with swings, slides, basketball court and pickleball court. All rooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean and updated. Lots of space, indoors and outdoors. So many little touches that the host provided which made this rental a great place for families

The property is beautiful - pictures don’t do it justice. The layout is efficient and the backyard is stunning! It was a little dusty upon arrival. The host himself is a pleasure to deal with and communicative. KEEP IN MIND - neighbours can be unreasonable when it comes to acceptable noise levels throughout the day.

golf get away

We were a group of six women on a 3 day golf get away. The payment and check in process was very smooth and Terrence was available to contact if necessary. We were all very pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. We all felt that online pictures in this case did not do it justice. It was very clean and spacious. We were able, with some adjustments, to provide everyone with private sleeping arrangements and the three bathrooms, each with a shower, were definitely a bonus. We enjoyed the outdoor seating space and the extent of the property to enjoy. It is very deceiving from the font of the house. The only suggestion might be to clean up the pond. Would definitely recommend this property.
