This house was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family of 5. The management staff was helpful and responsive with any needs during our stay. Great location within the entire resort property. We would recommend to anyone with 5-7 people!

Wonderful Stay!

The home and the location were perfect for our extended family. Very walkable community. Beach, pool, and activities in the community kept the whole family entertained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 20/10 We loved it! Beach house was so clean, plenty of towels, spacious, great location, everything was so nice! Nice big island, beautiful decor, plenty of clean appliances, we want to definitely stay here again. Southern Coastal was the best location in Rosemary Beach.

Amazing location - but - remember the basics

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, location and support crew.Owner should invest in new appliances as dishwasher, sink and freezer/fridge did not work consistently I am sure that this will be resolved and this will be a perfect property.

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your stay at Southern Coastal. We are glad to hear that the home was spotless and that our team was very helpful. We wish you had taken the time to let us know of the issues that you experienced with the fridge and freezer so that we had the opportunity to address it while you were here. As for the issues with the sink, we were made aware that the sink was ‘stopped up’ twice during your stay. Both times a member of our maintenance team came out to address the issue and found that someone had put the sink stopper in upside down and was unable to get it out. Thankfully our team was able to get to the home in a timely manner both times and remove the stopper so that the sink could drain. The dishwasher is being replaced and should be installed very soon. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, but we wish we had known about the issues with the freezer and refrigerator so that we could have addressed them before you departed.

Reviewer Comments: We have had the pleasure of staying on 30A many times over the years and this was probably one of the easiest and friendliest companies that we have worked with. Everything was beautiful in the house and exactly as the pictures were listed. They were extremely attentive to questions, and overall, it was a great experience. We will definitely use this company again in the future.
