Guests are welcome to enjoy the full property, including access all the way to the pond. Feel free to relax by the water, walk the grounds, and take in the peaceful country views.

However, for everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that you keep all gates closed at all times and do not approach or attempt to feed the cows. While they may be friendly from a distance, they are still large animals and can be unpredictable.

Place and stay was amazing!

I had a family come in to visit for the 4th of July weekend and had an amazing time. We never wanted to leave the property. And the host was very accommodating

Great house

My family had a great time staying at this property. Lots of room and activities for the kids. The cows were absolutely adorable. The only downside was the downstairs air conditioner doesn't seem to working as well as it should. We couldn't get the house to cool under 75 degrees. Thankfully it rained tso it helped keep them temp down.

What a lovely rental!! We loved the farm life with the luxury home! We wokeUp each morning watching cows graze. It was so serene and relaxing. It was just a few minutes to all the stores and wedding venue we were attending!

Great location and property. Bedding and Beds not as advertised. Short on towels/matts. old coffee maker with new pods. short on utensils. empty rooms -- tables/night stands etc. Bare for the expense of the stay.

Restful Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this location. Everything was very clean, and it was a convenient distance from the Texas Renaissance Festival for our group. The pool was exceptionally clean and refreshing after a day out in the heat, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Owner was also very responsive to any of our needs. We hope to come back next year!

Great family friendly location. Absolutely beautiful house and property

Truly was a beautiful house. Very comfortable and excellent location. Land was gorgeous. Would love to go back for the summer! Only thing I could recommend upgrading would be kitchen supplies. It was bare bones in the kitchen (I tried to make mashed potatoes and had no pots that werent small, no peeler, no cutting bored) and provide coffee for the maker as most people expect a keurig. Otherwise it was perfect!

Thanksgiving Retreat

Very nice home in a great location. Feels like you’re out in the country but just minutes from town. My 7 year old granddaughter said it is the coolest and tidiest place! Plenty of room. Too cold to use the pool but it looked inviting. The game room was a hit with the kids. We had an issue with lack of sheets and the house heat was not working, but our host was super responsive in taking care of it. Maybe visit again when it’s warmer to take advantage of the outdoor areas.

Definitely worth it!

This home was great for my gathering! The house was well kept and very clean including the pool. The scenery was calm and very relaxing. Lots of fun in the game room! I would definitely book again in the future. Definitely recommend for any friend or family functions!

Worse Experience Ever /False Advertisment

SCAM!!!! This house was falsely advertised. There are really 3 bedrooms because the bunk beds are not there in the home. The kitchen has roaches we thought it was just one until the day we left. To get to the pond, you have to cross the cows and the manure. The grass will not be cut even thought the owner says he has an appointment. The contact information is disconnected. They will give you a number then tell you to text. They dropped off a dirty used air mattress to replace the bunk beds at 11:30PM and informed me I had to wash the mildew sheets. No wifi for the 1st 24hrs there and they expected me to stay and wait for ATT to show up. Was told ALOT of false information to rent this property. If you want to avoid issues just DONT BOOK THIS HOME. If you do, good luck getting in as the cows roam to the front gate and the roaches in the kitchen will take over especially at night. I rent through VRBO all the time and even after sending them pictures of all my issues I got a 100 credit to use towards my next visit. If I would have done anything wrong they would have expected me to please the host upfront. Who's more important the host that is falsely advertising the property on their platform or the guest that uses them yearly. I have so much to say and pics to prove everything and this is what I get. The host is rude also and thinks they can talk to you however but I will show them. Not enough space for my real entire review. DODGE THIS BULLET!
