In the highly desired Memorial Northwest community, this home is centrally located and close to everything! This spacious 4,560 Sq. Ft. gem has 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms (3 Full/2 half). Sitting on approximately 0.4 Acre, this house has it all. From a sparkling pool and lots of privacy, you will absolutely love it! This house is a 15 minute drive to the Woodlands, 20 minutes to the Airport, and 35 minutes to downtown Houston. It is close to major highways and close to corporate, entertainment, shopping. Please note that the pool heater is currently not operable, but the pool stays warm from the sun. TY!

Good deal for our group of 5 couples

The place is as described in the listing. It's very large and was able to fit our group of 10 easily for the weekend. It was only 10 minutes away from the wedding we were attending which made it worth while.Overall I rated this home 4/5 stars because although it met our needs and Jim got back to us quickly if we needed anything, it's just a pretty outdated home that could use some updates. To note a few things - there were a few cockroaches found throughout the weekend, the pool heater was accidently turned on so we really never used it and the dishwasher shelf was broken so we hand washed half the dishes (mostly all little things, just not the best place I've stayed). Again it was a good deal for us and met our needs, just keep in mind it will not be perfect.

DISHONEST, FAKE ASSURANCES UNTIL CHECK-OUT

It is a older home in a quiet and nice neighborhood, but the maintenance of this property is extremely poor and unacceptable. The owner/manager communication is good via text, but the answers and assurances are charismatic but very dishonest with no intent to address, delays responses so it will be time to check-out and there is no fall back. We selected this house because we trusted VRBO and the description would be honest. There was a special note to pay extra for HOT-TUB, which was also charged upfront. The check-in was delayed due to faulty lock. The yard looked simply terrible, the trash can was already full, weeds just everywhere, in one case all over the wall upto the roof gutters, uneven driveway with unsafe access, trip and fall environment, cobwebs and bugs everywhere - but when described to the Owner/Manager on site , he dismissed it saying it looked great a few days back and I said, none of these items could ever happen overnight, this is a very old problem that has never been fixed. The Pool and Tub were not functional, it looked like a swamp - and the Owner/Manager simply said it is VRBO's fault. He refunded the 200 charged for the Hot Tub but downplayed the pool telling me it would be fixed and cleaned but did not happen. Assured us access to the HOA but did not. The AC in the master bed was broke, But he dismissed it saying I could replace the battery. Overall very disappointed, I should have checked out on day one, and not trust Owner/Manager.

Comfortable but rather tired

Large, spacious house suitable for our 3 generation family, but furnishings rather tired and not as shown in photos. The outside space was rather neglected and not as appealing as shown in the photographs, which must have been taken some years ago. We had specifically requested a heated pool but were told that parts were on order. The outside area in general was rather shabby.

Nice home for a large group

It was nice to have up to six sleeping rooms, 2 full bathrooms plus 2 additional toilets and sinks for a family group of adult siblings and spouses. Lot’s of room for all with plenty of eating space with dining room table along with a table in kitchen. There were also several inside conversation and sitting areas. The back patio area was great to sit and visit as well.

Beautiful home

My husband and I were in Houston for six days and chose this property based on the heated pool in the backyard.The weather was very accommodating so we were able to be outside enjoying it.The home has lots of space and as well equipped in a great location, very quiet neighborhood

Do not stay here

We rented through VRBO for the dates of February 27 - March 4. Upon arrival to the residence, we noticed the listing was false as far as beds/bedrooms.The listing showed a room with 2 twin beds and 2 queens in the living rooms, which we took as pull-out couches. The twin room only had 1 bed and none of the living rooms had pull-out couches. We checked them all.The pictures on the listing were also false. The couch in the main living room and the living room upstairs are different than what was on the listing. The dining room table is different than what was listed.The backyard picture shows green grass and a living palm tree. The palm tree is dead, the grass was overgrown and the patio furniture and pool was full of leaves and dirt. It honestly looked like the backyard hadn't been touched in months.If we would've seen the actual pictures of this house on the listing we wouldn't have booked it. Period.We have tried multiple times to contact the owner. We spoke to him once, over the phone, and he was very dismissive and couldn't believe what we were telling him. He told us he has a landscaper that comes every week to tend to the backyard. Basically tried to tell us we were lying.Since we returned from our trip, multiple people from our group have tried contacting the owner and we keep getting his voicemail.We also noticed he removed his listing from VRBO entirely.

Amazing Experience and Would definitely book again!

I really enjoyed my stay! The area was very convenient. The home was very clean, spacious, and it had all you needed. The backyard/pool area was to die for. It was the perfect relaxing getaway for my grandmother’s 95th birthday party! The hosts were very accommodating and all instructions were very clear. Mother's Day Weekend Retreat

I booked this property to celebrate mother's day weekend for my mom (in her 70s) and my sister (first mother's day). We had an AMAZING, RELAXING stay. The accommodations were perfect - plenty of space, kitchen fully stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable. The best part, in my opinion, was the hot tub, pool and lounge area outside. This place was the perfect family "staycation" and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again! Jim is a gracious and accommodating host!

Beautifully Peaceful

My family and I had an amazing stay here, for my mother's 50th Birthday. It was clean and spacious, and Jim was extremely accommodating. Overall a beautiful and peaceful stay, definitely would stay again!
