The property sits on 4.5 acres of lush green grass and hundreds of trees. The home sleeps 20 comfortably in 7 bedrooms and 5 full bath/2 half baths inside and an additional full bath outside in the pool house. ***Posted rates include 10 guests for January and February and additional charge for additional guests. March thru December rates include 18 guests*** You will enjoy the calming outdoors with so much to do. There is a private Sport Court to play a round of tennis, pickleball, or basketball. There is an outdoor kitchen with a grill and fridge to cook up a family BBQ to enjoy outdoors surrounded by trees at the picnic table or 1 of the outdoor patios. You can play outdoor ping pong, cornhole on the lawn, or sit back and relax under the pool house cabana enjoying music on the surround speakers. Enjoy hours of lounging by the extra large size swimming pool or relaxing in the hot tub. In the cooler months of the year, the hot tub is available for use for an extra fee of $100/nt. There is a firepit with chairs and wood provided to enjoy in the colder months, There are picnic tables to enjoy a meal outdoors.. The patio also has 2 large tables that seat 6 per table. There is a pool house with a toilet, shower, sink, and pool floaties. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the patio where you can hear the sound of beautiful birds and breathe the fresh clean air. The tranquility is much to be enjoyed and appreciated.

You can enter through the double door cathedral style entrance into the main foyer area of the home where you see the gorgeous spiral staircase that leads up to 4 of the guest bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three of the 4 bedrooms have doors that lead directly out to the patio deck overlooking the pool/hot tub and gorgeous surrounding trees. There are 2 loungers and a table w/4 chairs to kick back and relax or play cards/games while enjoying the beautiful weather.

The HUGE primary bedroom is on the main floor with its own private exit to the gorgeous pool and Huge Patio. There is a comfortable king size bed and a sitting area with a sofa sleeper and 2 chairs. The bathroom offers plenty of space to get ready for a wedding or other special events. There is a jetted tub and a Large shower with double shower heads and a rain fall shower as well.

There is an additional bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a tub.

The last bedroom is next to the master and has 2 twin beds. There is a half bath directly across the hall for easy access for the guests that stay in this room.

The kitchen is extremely well stocked with double sink for dishes and an island sink for washing vegetables, a dishwasher, microwave, Viking range/oven, Toaster, blender, dishes, pots, pans, crock pot, serving dishes, water glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, martini glasses, coffee mugs, serving utensils, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, charcuterie board, cutting boards, and more.

This property is surrounded by HUGE - 80ft trees. You will hear the sounds of nature from the backyard. There are deer that roam the community and backyard regularly. Squirrels frolic daily throughout the property, along with various types of lizards.

If you plan a day or evening indoors, you have plenty to do! 6 of the 7 bedrooms have their own televisions (double twin bedroom does not). There is a 70" TV in the family room and another TV in the Game room. Yes, a game room!!! There is a full size tournament electronic shuffleboard table, pool table and bar for drinks with a minifridge and a wine fridge.
