This spacious fully furnished luxury apartment has a in unit washer and dryer, central AC and heating, has a fully equipped kitchen (all pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc are included) desk for business travelers, king bed and has plenty of closet space

Very safe and central location with easy access to all of Colorado Springs. Restaurants, parks, malls and grocery stores are within walking distance as well as local public transportation plus bike paths.

We are pet friendly, pets are $35 per month per pet


This apartment is on the 2nd story with no elevator

The complex requires us to do a background check on all residents and sign a lease prior to your move in date. After we accept your reservation we will send these to your email and must be done within 48 hours of accepting the reservation or we will have to cancel your reservation with a full refund back to you.

There is a non refundable $10 fee per applicant for the background check
