This newly renovated first-floor condo (up two flights of stairs, no elevator) is the perfect home base for your family beach getaway. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and family-friendly entertainment, Beach Sleeps offers everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Take in beautiful ocean and pool views from the master bedroom, living room, and your own private, screened-in balcony—recently updated for comfort and style. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up family meals, including modern appliances, ample counter space, and even a beer/wine fridge for the grown-ups. We’ve stocked the condo with thoughtful touches to make your stay easy and comfortable: • A starter supply of essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher/laundry detergent, and Starbucks K-Cups • All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels provided at no charge ★ Family-Friendly Features ★ • Screened in private balcony with pool and ocean views • 4 Smart TVs and a selection of adult and kid board games • Outdoor community pool (open April 1-October 15) • Two outdoor showers • First floor location (note: up two flights of stairs, no elevator) • Adult and kid board games, giant Jenga and Connect 4 • Kitchen Appliances: dishwasher, Keurig Duo for k-cups and ground coffee, griddle, toaster, microwave, blender, beer/wine fridge, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer ★ Beach Gear ★ Make beach days a breeze with our ground-level, assigned storage closet—no lugging gear up the stairs! We’ve stocked it with everything you need for fun in the sun: • Several beach chairs (replaced June 2025) • Umbrellas • Sand toys • Boogie boards & skim boards • Pool floats • Cornhole set & beach games • Beach tote • Coolers ★ Neighborhood description ★ Our condo is in a much quieter area of North Myrtle Beach compared to the busy stretches lined with towering hotels. The neighborhood is made up mostly of single-family homes and condominiums, giving it a relaxed, local feel. You’re still just steps from the sand and close to restaurants, ice cream shops, mini golf, and local attractions—perfect for enjoying the beach without being in the middle of the crowds. ★ Guest Access ★ You'll have full access to the entire condo, including a convenient ground-level storage closet stocked with beach gear. Enjoy the seasonal pool (open April 1 to October 15), perfect for relaxing after a day by the ocean. A unique digital door code will be provided prior to check-in and will automatically expire at the end of your stay for added security. ★ Interaction with guests ★ We give our guests space but are always just a message away if you need anything. While we won’t be onsite, we typically respond quickly and are happy to help with questions, concerns, or local recommendations. Whether it’s before your stay or during, we want to make sure your experience is smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. ★ Other Things to Note ★ • Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book and children must be supervised at all times. • Pets are absolutely not permitted. • No vaping or smoking of any kind in the condo or on the balcony. • Beach towels are not provided, and linens may not be taken from the unit. • No daily housekeeping service. • Pest control/maintenance must be allowed entry to the unit as needed. As of December 2025, preventative spraying of the interior of each unit and the exterior occurs on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. • Do not leave beach gear or personal items outside the unit by the front door area. ★ Free Parking ★ • 2 FREE parking passes will be provided. Ask about additional parking nearby. • Parking is limited and there are no assigned parking spaces. • Motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and campers are not permitted to park in the parking lot per HOA rules. ★ Getting Around ★ Most guests find it easy to get around by car, with free on-site parking included. And if you prefer not to drive, Uber and Lyft are just a tap away for quick, on-demand rides anywhere you need to go. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the Coast RTA Entertainment Express offers a free seasonal trolley service that runs about every 20–35 minutes between 11 AM and 11 PM, making stops near key attractions, shops, and restaurants. Year-round, Coast RTA also operates affordable fixed-route bus service throughout North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area.
