This beautiful apartment is a 4-room classic Haussmannian apartment with approximately 82 square meters surface area. It is located on rue Cambaceres in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, in the elegant and central Elysee district. It is situated on the 5th floor with an elevator. It is bright and sunny with views. It was renovated and decorated in 2015.

The apartment offers a spacious living room (with sofa bed), a beautiful dining room, two bedrooms, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet with window. It is generously decorated with original artwork by French artists which makes it feel like a warm and lovely home and not a rental.

In summer you can enjoy a balcony overlooking the street with a small table and two chairs while sipping your favorite beverage. The area is conveniently located for you to take advantage of a wide range of shopping opportunities in Paris including rue Faubourg Saint Honore, Printemps, Galeries Lafayette and more and within walking distance to many sites, including the Jardin des Tuileries, Champs Elyse's Elyse Palace, the Oprea Garnier.
