Are you ready for a tranquil stay in the heart of cabin country? Sunsets on Sibley is the perfect property to sit back, relax and enjoy the Brainerd Lakes area. Sunsets on Sibley is located on the water of Sibley Lake and offers breathtaking views of the lake along with a sandy beach. The completely updated Lakehome has a fire pit along with a grill station overlooking the lake. Sunsets on Sibley is the perfect location for golf enthusiasts with several world class courses nearby.

INDOOR SPACE: The cabin is approximately 1000 square feet with two bedrooms, one full bath, one half bath, one small bunk room, kitchen and living room.

-Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
-Bunk Room: Twin over Queen Bunk Bed (Suitable for Children)
-Bathroom 1: Full (Bathtub with Shower)
-Bathroom 2: Half Bath (No Bath/Shower)

OUTDOOR SPACE: The terrain down to the lake requires the use of several steps, those with mobility issues may not be able to access.
***There is no longer a hot tub on site (pictured). There is an outdoor conversation set in the space.***

MISCELANEOUS INFORMATION
-We provide six bath towels and six beach towels
-We provide a "starter" pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags), guests are responsible for providing additional essentials
-The basement is not for guest use (the stairs are narrow and steep)
-Minimum age to rent property is 23, photo identification required
