Sit on one of the many outdoor decks as you watch the sun glistening on the lake and take in the calm. Or, grab a kayak or paddle board to get some exercise before you hit up any of the nearby lake attractions in the Jackson's Gap area. Bring your boat to experience Lake Martin's excellent fishing spots. Launch it at the Bay Pines Marina and tie up dockside at Bella Lago where you will find a large sunning deck to catch some rays. And that's just the OUTSIDE!

Now, let's talk about the inside amenities! The gourmet kitchen is to die for with a gas range and white quartz countertops and counter seating for 5 people. Off of the kitchen is a dining area that connects to the large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling. On the main floor, you will find not one, but 4 king bedrooms with TVs! The master suite is spa-worthy with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower and double vanities with a make-up area. There is also another full bathroom with a tub and shower combo and a half bath. And if you need to bring work with you to the lake, there is an office at the front of the home with a large desk and twin bed pullout chair. Upstairs, there is a loft bedroom with 3 queen beds, one twin bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a media lounge.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Lock all windows and doors upon leaving the property.
Exterior cameras may be in use.
Do not use the concrete driveway to the left of the house that goes down to the water as a driveway or as a boat ramp. However, if someone in a wheelchair or who has trouble walking needs assistance to get to the dock, you may use.
