The property was beautiful. Outdoor fridge not working but they sent a repair man to check on it. Bedrooms very clean and comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked. Stairs were hard for two elderly guests but overall great stay.

The place was clean and had a good selection of cookware and utensils. If I had to change anything it would be having somewhere close by the dogs can use the potty without 20 sticker burrs piercing their paws. Other than that, Great place!

Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Property was amazing, super well done and put together for a vacation home! My only wish is that I would have looked closer to the proximity to the beach because since we had little kiddos with us, the dostance was not walkable and golf carts weren't allowed on the side of town that the house is at or across the major road that you have to cross to get to the beach. That being said, our children LOVED the bunk beds and the pool downstairs!

My family enjoyed this property. I would recommend cleaning the BBQ pit, not all the pilots were working, and the flames were not very high, took a long time to cook our food. The trashcans were not cleaned out downstairs so we didnt have much empty space to use them and there were socks hanging in the hibiscus trees. The fly catcher was great, but would suggest moving little aways from the bar, each time we walked by and to the pool area, we could get a whiff of the stank from it. My older kids enjoyed watching movies downstairs in the lounge area, but might be nice for fans in that part of the area. Space wise, it was definitely enough for my family. We would stay here again. Notice for missing towels 25, I am glad I checked and counted and alerted the host so we were not charged. The responded to each time I messaged them timely. The ice maker was slow to make ice, we had to buy a bag of ice to put in there and the light in the refrigerator was not working. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Enjoyed making breakfast every morning for my family..

We're so glad your family enjoyed the home, found it spacious, and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, movie area, and our team's communication throughout your stay. We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the grill, trash cans, refrigerator, and other maintenance items. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 4 days and came from Indiana. The house was well stocked with appliances so we didn’t eat out very much. The bar was very nice and convenient. We enjoyed having the mini fridge to stock with what we needed without having to have a cooler outside. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was also nice enough in the evening that we were able to use the fire pit and relax. The beds were all very comfortable. The kids LOVED all the games that were stocked. ESPECIALLY the PS5. That was a big thing with the boys. The area under the stairs was fully stocked with beach toys, sun shade and chairs. That was an awesome surprise! Any issues we had the staff was amazing! And was VERY responsive! And was fast to fix it. Overall we were VERY pleased with our experience and will be sure to stay again in the future.

Do yourself a solid and stay here

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed here twice and WILL likely stay here again without hesitation. My friends and family are always impressed with the house itself as it is built for fun and convivence. Beach access within a 10min drive. The Golf course is also only 5-10m away. Great restaurants around the city with delicious fresh seafood dishes. I recommend 'Coaches' for your breakfast needs ANY time of the day. 'La Playa' if you want GOOD Mexican food. 'Mac Daddy's BBQ is also a favorite and they all have great service. Like my heading states, "Do yourself a solid" and stay here if convivence, fun activities and family smiles are on your 'to do' list.... God Bless.
