Welcome to Villa Moderne! It's everything you could ask for and more. Just over 2,000 Sq Ft of modern luxury featuring 3 en suite bedrooms (K,K,Q), soaring two story living space, and a private heated pool and spa set in a fully furnished outdoor courtyard.
SPACIOUS OUTDOOR LIVING
James Bond and Marilyn Monroe would feel right at home here. This place uniquely marries modern sophisticated style with maximum vacation comfort. Once inside the private gated entry, you will find yourself in the fully furnished private pool courtyard. The owners have artfully curated spaces for outdoor lounging, conversation and al fresco dining. Your chef will appreciate the in-line natural gas Weber grill (not pictured) while the swimmers will appreciate the salt-water pool and spa, which is easier on the hair, skin and eyes.
INDOOR OPEN FLOOR PLAN
The architecture makes a stunning statement. Enter the great room, which could not be better named. Strong architectural elements include 24ft ceilings, clerestory windows, disappearing glass sliders, modern fireplace, and polished concrete floors. The vibe is sophisticated-modern, but don't be misled, everything was carefully chosen not only for it's style, but it's comfort and function. The powder room features a custom stone vanity. We've added a TV to the living room (not yet pictured). The well-stocked kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz counters and custom cabinetry. You'll find everything you need to prepare a midnight snack or a holiday feast. The generous list of small appliances includes a Keurig and even an electric juicer. An elegant glass dining table comfortably seats 6. The three part sliding door from dining room to courtyard allows an easy after dinner transition to the outside conversation seating area. This home is not just a residence; it's an experience of luxurious indoor-outdoor living.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Upstairs and on opposite sides of the home are two King luxury bedroom suites. The left suite features an incredible Tempur-Pedic Ergo electronic adjustable king bed which enhances your experience of the wall-sized 84" Smart TV. Full blackout shades in the bedroom provide a gentle start to your day. The right suite features another luxury king bed, a large TV with angle swing mount, bright clerestory windows, dramatic high ceilings and a private balcony overlooking your courtyard oasis. Note that this bedroom has a large loft-like opening to the second story atrium. A privacy screen comes down for visual privacy, but not total sound isolation. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level. The third bedroom is in the detached casita with disappearing walls of glass which when open beautifully blurs the line between indoor and outdoor worlds. Fast WiFi blankets the entire property, including the Casita where a desk and chair sit below the large smart TV, creating an ideal place to conduct those Zoom calls. All bedrooms feature high-end hotel-quality mattresses, en suite bathrooms with ample counter space and walk-in showers, ceiling fans, walk-in closets.

This architectural masterpiece embodies the integration of living spaces + structure + environment. Situated in an exclusive, low-density 48-unit enclave. PARKING/EV Charging
There is an attached 2 car garage with MyQ (so Amazon deliveries can be securely placed in the garage) and a Tesla fast charger to keep your EV on the go, BUT please note that the owner leaves a small car on one side so you will only have room for one car in the garage. Just out your front door are nearby visitor parking spaces.
PET-FRIENDLY
One well-behaved dog is welcome, $150 Dog Fee. An Official Service Dog needs to be disclosed in advance.
POOL HEATING/UTILITIES
Guests pay for actual metered gas and electric usage during their stay. An Advance Utility Deposit of $500 to $1500/month is required depending on time of year and pool heating plans.
