Fantastic property

The house is beautiful with a great pool. So spacious and comfortable, Very well equipped with everything you could need. University park is immaculate and very quiet with a great golf course. Lot's to do in the local area, everybody very helpful and friendly.

The perfect Sarasota vacation property

This lovely home in University Park is in the best location in Sarasota for dining, sightseeing, theatre, shopping etc. The home is furnished and decorated beautifully, not as a rental but as a comfortable home away from home, with all the amenities one could want. We would recommend it highly.

Fabulous house and location

The house, the location and the pool we’re beyond our expectations. Everything was perfect we had the most relaxing month with my daughters and granddaughters. I can’t speak highly enough for the amenities and preparation.

The best stay yet!!!!

The best Vrbo experience yet! The house was perfect! Even better in person! The home owner was such a delight, very easy to work with! The manager was johnny on the spot, and very accommodating! We loved the neighborhood so much we purchased a home in the same neighborhood! Would definitely stay with them again!

Great location for a family trip!

We had a great trip with family! Everything was well put together and welcoming. From early morning swims to grilling out to riding bikes in the neighborhood - we enjoyed everything this house had to offer. The pool was a constant source of entertainment for the kids and the adults enjoyed the comfy seating around the pool. The master bedroom and bath are huge and definitely provided a great quiet side of the house. Having grown up in Sarasota- this was the first time we had to rent a place 'at home', but we hope to make this our 'home' for a week or two next summer too.

Two retired couples sharing home

This home was lovely! Well maintained and stocked with all we needed. The outdoor area, pool and gas grill were a bonus. Enjoyed immensely. The bedroom set up of opposite sides of house worked perfectly for two separate family units! Communication between owners/manager was fast and appreciated! Thank you for sharing your home!

Nothing less than spectacular —everything about the experience was terrific

A plus plus — the owners we great to deal with and their local property manager was terrific. I had trouble getting the heat on in the hot tub the first day and he was extremely responsive — and got it working within 10 minutes. In short, anyone would be extremely fortunate to get an opportunity to rent this property!!

One of the best rental properties in Florida

The property was much better than even the pictures on VRBO. The owner and the manager could not have been any better. They were very attentive and their priority was to make our stay there the very best it could be. One small problem was handled immediately. The bikes and beach supplies were an added bonus. Our grandchildren visited us for a week during the two months we were there, and even though we had all kinds of plans for them for the week, they did not want to leave the beautiful pool and home. We have rented on the beach in the past, but after being in this home and in University Park we will be doing differently from now on. Sylviane was a pleasure to work with and hope to be able to return to this property in the future.

This home lived up to all the pictures. It was fully equipped with all the needs. The owner was wonderful to work with. She is very reachable and responds immediately when you have any questions. The manager is also very kind and helpful.

Golf et plage - 2 semaines idéales en famille

Super séjour en famille à Sarasota, en grande partie réussi grâce à cette jolie maison située dans le parc de University Park Country Club et à la gentillesse et la prévenance de nos hôtes. La conception de la maison nous a permis de nous reposer au calme avec le chant des oiseaux pour nous réveiller. Les enfants avaient chacun une jolie chambre et leur propre salle de bains. Quant à l'espace piscine, très bien conçu et joliment décoré, il nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas et cocktails à l'extérieur et de nous relaxer dans un salon et des fauteuils très confortables. L'intérieur de la maison est superbe, avec une décoration tres "floridienne". Rien ne manquait à la cuisine, pas plus que dans les chambres et salles de bains. Nos hôtes avaient aussi prévu les bicyclettes, les jeux piscine et tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments à la plage. Tous les centres d'intérêt sont à 5 / 20 mn. Les golfeurs ont beaucoup apprécié ce magnifique parcours de 27 trous, parfaitement entretenu et avec tous les services proposés. Nous sommes repartis avec d'excellents souvenirs et l'espoir de pouvoir vite revenir bientot

AMAZING VACATION

The pictures of this house do not do it justice, we were so impressed when we arrived. The home is not only clean but beautifully decorated as well. Our children loved the beautiful pool and enjoyed swimming in it daily. The layout of the house was very nice and spacious and the master suite was just amazing. The home is located in a very nice gated community, the community itself was just as beautiful as the home, everything is well kept and the landscaping is absolutely beautiful. The house is located very close to a new beautiful mall and plenty of other shops and restaurants, as well as the many beautiful beaches there that were only 15-20 mins away. The homeowner was amazing and answered any and all questions we had. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and can't wait to go back to visit again.

A wonderful vacation

The property was well maintained and the appliances were all in excellent condition. The drive to the beach was not a problem and shopping was easy with everything within a short drive. The heated pool provided plenty of relaxing hours and helped when our grandchildren came to visit. The area is beautiful for walking and just relaxing

Mon mari et moi avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce coin de Floride que nous ne connaissions pas. Tout a été parfait en particulier le choix de la maison elle est vraiment très sympa et très agreable et facile à vivre. Les propriétaires nous avaient tout bien préparé pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Stunning home + paradise location = happy vacation

With our 3 children we spend a wonderful vacation in Florida along the Golf of Mexico. We rented this beautiful house and could not have been happier. It is very spacious, spotless and delightfully decorated. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it was comfortable for the entire family. The house is located in a gorgeous nature reserve along a large golf course. The outdoor activities are endless. Our boys really enjoyed the special tennis court surface. We were impressed by the owners warm welcome. They certainly went the extra mile to make us feel at home. We shall be back!

PARADISIAC !

We spent two weeks in this nice home with my husband and friends and our vacation was a real success It was exactly like the pictures and description on the website. We lacked nothing, everything was there The house is beautifully decorated, well maintained, very bright and very clean. University Park Country Club is a beautiful golf course. Environment and nature is beautiful. Beaches are lovely And everything is close to home: shopping, restaurants, downtown, beaches, Sarasota airport Stay successful. We hope to return soon

Luxury House, wonderful golf, lovely beaches

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this very nice house, well decorated, very clean and good maintained. Very bright too Everything was in line with pictures and description Nothing was missing for everyday life. We'd like to come back next year

Best holidays ever!!!

We spent 2 weeks in this house with our young children; the location is perfect as in a quiet and peaceful area and close to all commodities, nice restaurants and of course white sand beaches. We particularly appreciated the comfort, the house is spacious and very bright, decoration is really nice and holiday-like, the kitchen is well equipped with brand new furnitures, and the swimming pool is just awesome! A special mention to the owners who recommended us thousand things to do with our kids in the area (we did not have enough time to do everything so we will have to come back ;o). We definitely recommend this house for holidays!

We are French and share our time between Florida and France .
We have a very happy retirement in Sarasota , where we have the opportunity to practice a lot of sports (golf, tennis, bike, rowing, walking...) and have also many cultural activities (theatre, opera, museums, library...), great shopping and restaurants.

It's so great to wake up with the sun and to have a drink with the sunset on the pool and the Preserve Area.
Nature is gorgeous all around and very peaceful. Nights are quiet
