By using the pool, river, kayaks and bikes, guests agree to take full responsibility for their own safety. Guests understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with these activities and release the property owner and manager from any liability for accidents, injuries or damages that may occur during their stay.


PET RULES

Pet fee of $75 per pet.

As a pet mother myself, it is very important to me to make my home available to families who travel with their pets, however, please be aware that not everyone that stays at the property brings their pets or has pets, so PLEASE, STRICT ADHERENCE TO PET POLICY IS A MUST for the comfort of other guests.

MAXIMUN OF TWO PETS. Maximum of 50 lbs per pet.
We LOVE your fur babies - but please ensure that pups are bathed and manicured, and kitties are brushed and manicured! I realize that some dog breeds have a very strong odor - if this is the case with your pup, then sadly, I will have to ask that you leave your dog at home :( If we need to use an ozone machine to remove the odor from the home, there will be an additional fee of $250.
Please do not allow pets on the furniture.
Bring your pets bed, blankets and toys.
Always clean up after your pets!
Do not allow pets on any beds, pillows or cushions. If pet odors are left behind on bedding, an additional fee of $25 will apply.

Before you leave, please check furniture, rugs and beds for any accidents. There will be an extra charge for any soiling or damages.
