We are located in the "Thousand Oaks" area in a cozy, quiet family owned neighborhood that is HOA-free! We're also a short drive from the airport and other major attractions like The River Walk, Fiesta Texas and Sea World. There are plenty of shopping centers, entertainment venues, and restaurants nearby as well so navigating the area will be a breeze. Since there are plenty of trees in the area you might see a deer or two wandering around the neighborhood and front lawn so driving with caution is advised. We do pesticide bi-monthly but since we're located in the "Hill Country" area, you still might run into nature's friends from time to time. Everything in the home was meticulously hand picked and crafted to invoke your senses and help you relax and enjoy your stay here at our WanderNest Home. The art pieces, decor and accent walls were thoughtfully laid out to give you an elevated and chic experience so we hope that your creative juices are intrigued. ****ABOUT OUR HEATED POOL**
Our heated pool offers a delightful way to enjoy the water year-round! While it won't reach hot-tub temperatures, the pool is consistently maintained about 15-25 degrees warmer than the outside air during the cooler months. For example, if it's 60°F outside, you can expect the pool to be a comfortable 75-85°F-perfect for a relaxing swim. The summer months are maintained at the same temperatures. Please note that pool temperatures will vary slightly based on weather conditions. An additional heating and cleaning fee of $50/stay(up to 4 days) will be included in the cleaning fee. Any stay 5 days or more will be negotiated at the time of booking for the added heating and cleaning fee past 4 days.** **For liability and safety there are four Ring cameras located around the property. There are two in the front of the property(one in the driveway and one at the door), one ring camera in the back facing the pool and hot tub, and one on the side of the house facing the pool equipment. All of the cameras are motion activated, have the ability to live stream, and record audio and video. We ask that cameras around the property are not tampered with as this will result in immediate cancellation without refund.**
