Completely renovated after the 2024 hurricane! Located on the water, this 3/2 home is located in the Baycrest community of Tampa Bay, Florida. Whether you are in town for a sporting event, concert, cruise, work or to enjoy Florida weather this is the perfect retreat. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This neighborhood is central to many attractions and destinations including Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beaches, Raymond James Stadium, Tropicana Field, Steinbrenner Field, International Mall, Downtown Tampa, Downtown St. Pete, Tampa's Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Armature Works, Aquarium, Convention Center, Ybor City, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and much more! You can use the public boat ramp at the causeway, take out your boat or PWC, and tie up in the back yard off our private dock. Fishing off the dock is great too! Take out our two kayaks and go exploring through the canals, mangroves and sandbars during low tide.

We enjoyed this comfortable home, in a quiet neighborhood, with a charming view of the canal, birdsong every morning, and conveniently located to anything you could possibly need or want to visit. Bed was very comfortable, very clean and renovated home, and kitchen was well appointed for home cooked meals. Nicely decorated and very relaxing atmosphere. Our host was very responsive and flexible when our plans changed. Highly recommend!!

We spent two wonderful weeks at this stunning canal-side home. The pictures truly capture the beauty of the place. It was spotless upon our arrival and equipped with all the essentials, including supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee to make settling in easier. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the bedding, linens, and towels was exceptional.We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets in the backyard, and during a few cooler evenings, we loved gathering around the firepit. We even had the chance to take the kayaks out on the canal when the water levels were just right. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The property is a beautiful home, on the water, close to the airport, local shopping, easy access to highways and restaurants on the bay. The host, Erika and Jon are local residents and are always available. I will rent again when in the area.

This was an amazing place to stay. Beautiful backyard that was on the canal. Beach area, dock, fire pit and yard area. Inside was very clean and had all the amenities that you can need. The decor was impeccable. The owner is super friendly and answered all the questions I asked in a timely manner. I definitely recommend you staying here. The location is not far from the airport and is not far from downtown, Tampa. I would definitely come back!

Great extended weekend stay in Tampa

This home was perfect for our extended weekend trip to Tampa for a wedding. It was very clean, well supplied and as advertised. We spent a lot of time outside in the yard enjoying the peaceful neighborhood and lovely scenery. It's a short ride to the airport and to downtown Tampa which was great for our purposes. Overall, great home and location to stay at when traveling to Tampa!

Our stay at this beautiful waterfront retreat was truly unforgettable. The home was spotless, beautifull, and incredibly comfortable. The open layout made it easy to enjoy the peaceful water view, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—close to the airport and local attractions.The house was fully prepared with everything we needed to enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner and a full week together as a family. My nephew and I loved being able to kayak right from the property. My stepfather spent hours happily fishing, and everybody's favorite spot at night was around the fire pit. It was relaxing, enjoyable, and exactly what we hoped for.Erika is an outstanding host—warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. This was the best family time we’ve had in years, and we were honestly sad to leave. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Stunning Home

The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook with and the grill was nice to use. The best part of the home is the stunning view out the back overlooking the waterway. The hosts were very quick to respond. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. It was conveniently located to the airport, Moffitt Cancer Center any and everything that you needed to do also very close to beaches. 10 out of 10 rating!!!

This property was amazing! In a quiet neighborhood with a fully stocked kitchen! They have everything you could think of and extras just in case. They were amazing to communicate with! We had zero issues while here. The beds were all extremely comfortable. My boys had a blast fishing from the deck and even caught some fish. We enjoyed our evenings of playing cards and relaxing on the patio after days at the beach. It has been one of the cleanest places we have stayed in! I would come stay here again!!

Wonderful and relaxing family vacation!!!!

We stayed at this lovely home for the 4th of July and had a wonderful vacation. The home is beautiful and so comfortable. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit at night. The kayaks were an added bonus and so fun on the canals. We all loved fishing from the dock. Erika is so nice and easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future! Thanks again for such a great vacation and wonderful memories with my family.

Beautiful property

The property in person matches the pictures online. Outside is beautiful with view of inlet. Inside very open. This area was hit very hard by Hurricane. Many homes are in various stages of repair. That did not hamper our stay at all. Erika was extremely responsive to my questions and any concerns. Would definitely recommend renting a property from her
