Our roomy newly renovated 1930's duplex is located less than two blocks from the Wildwood Crest beach and Boardwalk and comfortably hosts 16 guests in two private units, which is ideal for families traveling together. Enjoy a spacious backyard, grill, beach gear, and bikes. Ample off-street parking adds ease, while three stories and multiple porches prioritize your comfort. Your perfect seaside retreat is just a click away! Both unit amenities include central air, ceiling fans throughout, fast wifi, front and back porches and balconies with seating, backyard with gas grill, chimnea, and a shed that contains bikes, beach equipment, beach cart, child wagon, chairs and loungers. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower and foot wash that has both hot and cold water. There is ample parking for 6 or more cars in the driveway and backyard space. THE FIRST FLOOR UNIT is pet-friendly and has two bedrooms (that sleep 5) and one bath ( with walk-in shower). Completing this space is a large stocked gourmet kitchen with everything you could possibly need including a blender, Keurig/ Nespresso machine, crockpot, etc. The large family room has a gas fireplace and a 60' Smart TV to stream your favorite movies or shows, and a pull-out sofa that sleeps one additional person. The dining room seats 10 comfortably. A large pantry and full-sized washer and dryer are also in the kitchen, adding to the amazing amenities this unit has to offer! Enjoy a drink on the oversized front porch with ceiling fans while watching the Wildwood action . On rainy days, check out the bedroom book case that contains toys and games for every age! With ample seating in the backyard, enjoy an outdoor barbecue or check out the yard games in the shed. There is something for everyone! UNIT TWO is a larger, two story unit with private entrance and plenty of space for larger families! This unit sleeps 10 comfortably, and has its own kitchen, living room, and dining room, with bar and table seating for 10. The large living room has a gas fireplace and a 60" Smart TV to stream your favorite sports game. Or spend some time on the covered front porch with ceiling fans, where you can catch a view of the ocean and feel the saltwater breezes! There are also two nice-sized bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub that complete the second floor. The stairway leading to the third floor opens up a whole new array of possibilities! The expansive third floor has sleeping for an additional 6 persons, as well as a separate living space with a bar with seating, a mini refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and an ice machine. There is plenty of room to watch movies on the Smart TV, play one of the games that are kept in the built-in drawers, or just enjoy sharing conversations and making memories!
One pet is allowed with payment of $200 pet fee. Pet must be kept in the downstairs UNIT 1 of the duplex. Bringing a pet into the upstairs unit will result in a $350 additional cleaning fee. The premises are not available to "groups" or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Primary guests must sign a lease agreement & provide a copy of a government-issued ID. Linens & towels are not provided; you must bring your own or ask us about renting them from a local company that will drop them off & pick them up directly at the unit.
