The location of this property is nice and convenient, as is the layout- it worked perfectly for our extended family. There is potential for it to be great if were cleaned and kept up with more. Since you pay a cleaning fee, you would assume that the units were thoroughly cleaned prior to arriving. However, this did not appear to be the case. We found the kitchen floors & counters to be sticky, some of the bathrooms had hair on the shower walls. We found crumbs on the floor and multiple items under the bed- pistachio shells, popcorn kernels, a piece of granola bar, crumbled tissue. There were tiny flying bugs coming out of the sink drains in the kitchens & dishwasher which was incredibly annoying. We had to keep plates over the drain to prevent them from flying around. I reached out about this and got no response. Either these units were not cleaned prior to our arrival, or they need to get a new cleaning service. The listing notes they do not provide linens or towels (less than ideal, but okay), then after you book, they also tell you they donât provide paper products or trash bags. That felt a bit ridiculous. The noted elevator was locked- We reached out to ask how to use it - did not get a response. Lastly, the garage door was not working properly since our car got stuck in it for 45 mins when we were trying to leave. Unnecessary stress at the conclusion of our trip.
