This property was very spacious - it accommodated all of our guests while still providing privacy. The rockers were an excellent addition and quite relaxing! Perfect location with just a short walk to the boardwalk and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Mike was an excellent host!

Great outdoor space and a prime location!

Mike and Erin's property was perfect for our large group. It was in an excellent location close to the beach and boardwalk, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The wrap around deck and backyard space were a huge bonus that our group enjoyed throughout the weekend.

Lovely stay in beautiful beach adjacent property

We found Michael’s home in Wildwood to be the perfect place for our large group of friends and family for a college reunion trip. We had more than enough space between all the bedrooms, two kitchens, and three full bathrooms. The property itself was in great condition and had updated appliances. The house. Was so close to the beach and had a big beautiful backyard with a grill which was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Also, the neighbors were very friendly! Michael as a host was super attentive and helpful through the whole process.

We had 3 families stay at this location for a basketball tournament Friday thru Sunday. Michael was a tremendous host, one of the finest I've worked with in a decade of using VRBO. Everything from the booking thru the exit was easy and facilitated by Michael. We were able to secure linens and towels at a reasonable price. Every rooms was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The house is 1.5 easily walked blocks from the FREE beach. The location is in an up scale residential area, and the neighbors were great. Plenty of parking in the driveway (access for up to 4 SUVs). Walking distance to Catholic Church (St. Anne's). It was nice to have working coffee makers in each kitchen! This is a no brainer rental. We're heading back to Wildwood for this tournament next summer and will rent from Michael again for certain. I couldn't provide a higher recommendation for a place to stay.

Great weekend

My friends and I stayed at this house for a little reunion weekend. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location (less than 5 minute walk to beach and boardwalk). Michael was very helpful during the check-in process and available for communication throughout the entire weekend. Would definitely recommend.

Close to the beach and boards

The owner was very easy to work with. The house is big and spacious with two separate units. The interior of the house was clean upon arrival and checkin was easy. We ran into two minor issues during our stay. The first was the outside grill was not clean and the second was an issue with the air conditioning not working on the first floor. The owner responded impressively and was able to immediately resolve the issue. The grill was cleaned quickly and the owner installed window air conditioners within an hour of the issue beginning. The location of the home is a block and a half to the beach and boardwalk on a quiet street. From the back porch on the second floor you can see the Friday night fireworks through the trees. It wasn’t a perfect view but was entertaining. The porches on the first and second floor had great rocking chairs that we used just about every night. If you book I would recommend bringing your own plates and bowls. The home had some but not nearly enough for the 11 people that we had staying. Overall this was a great place to stay and the owners were very pleasant to work with. I would stay again.

Great house in North Wildwood

Michael’s property was a perfect location for my friends and family who attended the barefoot music festival. It was great for our large group and he was very helpful and accommodating with everything. It was very nice to have access to a grill in a very nice backyard. Having six parking spots was awesome.

Perfect weekend away

The property was well above my expectations for the weekend getaway with my friends. It was very clean, and well had everything we needed. The only downside was that we weren't there long enough to enjoy all areas of the house (the backyard was so cute, but we kept to the porches). The host was very easy to get a hold of for the entire week before the booking, and during the weekend of our stay. We would stay again.

Amazing family weekend

We had a wonderful weekend getaway with our grown children and their significant others. We were a group of 15. This house was absolutely perfect for us, with plenty of room to spread out if we wanted, or also to gather in one room if we chose . The house was clean, and located a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. There are so many things to do within walking distance. The owners were great with communication, and made check in so easy. I would highly recommend this house. We had absolutely the best time!

Fantastic home!!

I stayed at this home from 27 Aug -3 September. The house was fantastic and the price was great, especially considering how close it is to the boardwalk. There was plenty of space for all of our guests and a GREAT room for my kids. And as a bonus, there was an outdoor shower and PLENTY of extra beach/recreational items in the back shed. Great experience all around. Would definitely do again.

Great home for big groups!

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Mike’s home. The check in/out process was seamless and the house was clean. There was lots of room and it was in a great location! Close to the beach, boardwalk, and lots of restaurants and shops. We hope to be back soon!
