Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the wonderful location and the amenities Northstar has to offer, though we’re sorry to hear that some aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing the concerns regarding the blinds, windows, closets, and chairs to our attention so they can be reviewed and addressed. Had we known about these concerns during your stay, our team would have been more than happy to assist and work with you to find solutions to help make your visit more comfortable. We’d also like to clarify that the air fryer mentioned in the listing is a feature built into the oven rather than a separate countertop appliance. Additionally, we inspected the primary shower pan for mold. The discoloration present is due to the hard water common in the Tahoe area and is not mold. We value your feedback and will continue working with our team to address maintenance needs and provide a comfortable experience for our

Hi Tifani, we shared your review with the homeowner, who would like to respond with the following: -During your stay in early August, we experienced a series of unforeseen challenges, including a town-wide power outage. To address these issues, we reached out to Evolve, our property management company, for support. We acknowledge that many of the concerns you raised in your review were accurate, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. -While we did have soap available, it may not have been sufficient to meet your expectations. Since then, we have implemented new protocols to ensure all supplies are fully stocked so future guests won't face similar issues. -We want to emphasize that we made every effort to be responsive to your requests throughout your stay, and addressed your needs promptly. However, the main challenge was that we were in the middle of transitioning property managers at the time. -We genuinely value your feedback and are committed to ensuring future guests have a more seamless and enjoyable experience. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
