Hi Ryan, we are so sorry you did not get the "glamping" experience that you wrote you were hoping for. Springtime in this area means quite a bit of pollen. We can wipe the chairs down and within hours, everything is covered again. I wish I had known about the hot tub, we would have been happy to come take care of that. We want you to have a great time and we are sorry that it was not perfect for you. The steam shower apparently was not working during your stay. Again, this is something we would have been happy to address for you if we had been informed. Our nightly cost is very much in line with other properties in the area. However, I do know that taxes and fees (which we have no control over) can be high. Thank you for staying and again we are sorry that it was not what you were hoping for.

So sorry you did not enjoy your experience. As far as the items you mentioned, I am quite surprised. We cannot control leaves in a forest. Part of the charm of this home is that you have privacy. We also do not light the street that you are referring to where you had to walk your dog. We do have lighting in the front and rear of the home. The grill is cleaned after each guest. It is located outside, as all grills are, so if the outside was not to your liking, that again is out of our control. The tv is a smart tv where you can log in to any of your apps to watch tv. You told me at the beginning of your stay that the tv would not connect to wifi. We made numerous attempts to reach you (via the app and also telephone calls) so we could come check on this to which you never replied. Normally it is a very easy fix, like resetting the router or a password not being typed in correctly. The owner lives right down the road and was on the ready to come help. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, plenty of silverware and all of the items that we list on the property description. I always ask each guest to let me know if there is something that is not to their liking so I can make every attempt to fix it during the stay. As I did with you. Without communication on your end, I cannot fix things I don't know about.
