Entspannung wird Sie in dem Moment begrüßen, in dem Sie Bella Riva 207 betreten. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Standard-Luxus mit Bella Riva, einschließlich Travertin Fliesen, eine Gourmet-Küche und kostenlosen Strandservice ausgestattet, sondern auch zusätzlichen Luxus wie verbesserte Elektronik und stilvolle, komfortable Einrichtung ausgestattet. Vier Schlafzimmer und ein offener Grundriss geben der ganzen Familie Raum zum gemeinsamen Entspannen. Der große Balkon direkt am Strand bietet einen Blick auf den 400 m langen privaten Gemeinschaftsstrand und bietet einen unvergleichlichen Ausblick. Die Wohnung wurde mit Blick auf den Urlaub entworfen und es gab kein einziges Detail übersehen.

Der Hauptwohnraum ist ein offener Grundriss, der dem ganzen Raum ein großartiges Gefühl gibt. Der Wohnbereich ist mit bequemen Möbeln eingerichtet und sitzt um einen großen Flachbild-TV. Die gesamte Südwand des Wohnbereiches besteht aus raumhohen Fenstern und Glasschiebetüren, die direkt auf den Balkon am Strand führen. Der Essbereich befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnbereich und bietet Platz für vier Personen am Tisch sowie vier zusätzliche Sitzplätze an der Frühstücksbar. Die große Gourmet-Küche verfügt über alle rostfreien Viking-Geräte und ist komplett mit Kochgeschirr und Geschirr ausgestattet, um unvergessliche Mahlzeiten für die ganze Familie zu schaffen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und einen privaten Zugang zum Balkon am Strand. Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine große Gartenbadewanne, eine ebenerdige Dusche mit mehreren Duschköpfen und reichlich Waschtisch.

Das erste Gästezimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett, einen großen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne / Dusche. Das zweite Gästezimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett und privaten Zugang zu einem Badezimmer mit einer Kombination aus Badewanne / Dusche. Das Gäste-WC erreichen Sie auch vom Flur. This is a beautiful property, and my family had a wonderful Spring Break here. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and communication with the rental company was excellent throughout our stay. The property also provides ample privacy, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.Our only concern was the overall cleanliness. The home would benefit from a thorough deep cleaning, particularly the kitchen appliances, which could use some servicing and attention. Exceptional accommodations for large family group

We had 8 people from 26 to 86 years old. Beautiful unit, quiet location, gorgeous emerald water. Unit provided plenty of room to gather or have personal space. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful piece of paradise with us.

Family Vacation!

This condo was everything we’d hoped and was exactly what the pictures portrayed. We came in on the heels of a departing tropical storm so our weather was a little unpredictable for the first couple of days, but it did not deter our family from having an amazing time! This condo offered plenty of space for the 8 people we had in our party. It was beautifully decorated and had a gorgeous view. We would definitely come back!!!

Beautiful condo. Very spacious

Beautiful condo with a huge kitchen. Beautiful view. The living room furniture needs updating. Worn and smells musty. The mattresses are not very comfortable. Other than that we enjoyed the unit. Has a nice pool and hot tub.

Large Condo

In my opinion it was very clean. Front load washing machines are particular machines. This one had not had the care it needed. I bought bleach and remedied that situation. Little bitty things that I’m sure are a constant aggravation for an owner. Ceiling fan does need fixed in the first bedroom on the left as you come in. Seriously, I’d give this place an A grade. Clean! Spacious! Great view! Nice folks to work with!

Very nice facility and amenities, needs a refresh

This is the second time we stayed at this location. The condo is spacious and comfortable. We certainly will return in the future. However, there are some things that we noticed need some attention. The dishwasher and Microwave are functional but look and sound worn. the dryer is very noisy and will only run if you prop something against the door to hold it shut. On a very picky level there was no coffee filters and the toilet paper was a cheap industrial grade single ply. I point this out because all these little things reflect a certain level of neglect that I didn't expect. Once again, we are largely pleased with the condo and our experience. Thank you for a very enjoyable week.

Great condo. Very clean & Compass Resorts were very responsive to issues with the Beach Umbrella/Chair Man. Security could have been better in the parking garage. I had some of my fishing gear stolen from there. But overall the condo was great.

Excellent vacation condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Riva #207. The condo was beautiful, well stocked and the balcony and beach view were wonderful. Perfect set up for 7 adults. Property management was also great and very responsive. We had a slow drain in one of the showers which was fixed within a few hours upon calling. Would stay there again for our next beach vacation

Beautiful property in a great location. Easy beach and pool access. Close to several great restaurants. It was nice to have a laundry room and fully equipped kitchen. The only problem I ran into was no hot water in kitchen. Compass Resorts was quick to respond, however, they couldn’t fix the issue. Luckily, we didn’t cook all week so it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Girls Trip!!!!

We had a great time and most definitely enjoyed our stay. Loved the master just wished the garden tub had jets. We had a hard time getting in and out with the keys, couldnt get the dvd to play. We were without gas the last 2 nights so we were not able to cook the food we purchased. Minor issues. We will visit again.

Loved the condo!

Our stay was wonderful, the only complaint we had is that the wifi was terrible. We had poor internet service (which is understandable close to the beach), so we had to rely on the wifi in the condo, which was minimal; if possible, would recommend upgrading the wifi speed. It was difficult to receive messages and google places/restaurants in the area, and even to make business conference calls which had to be rescheduled. Otherwise, we loved the condo and the safety of the building with all the access codes. We were also very pleased with the amount of linens and towels that were provided. Pretty much everything that was needed was available in the condo. We would definitely consider staying here again, if the wifi was improved.

Breathtaking, Relaxing Atmosphere

Bella Riva #207...ahhhh, what a lovely condo unit! It was perfect for my family and we enjoyed taking advantage of the homey, modern feel of this condo! Upon front door entry to the patio exit overlooking the beach, BR #207 truly exceeded all of our expectations! The online pictures don't do this condo unit justice! We truly plan to make a yearly visit hoping to take advantage of the same unit, #207! Our vacation rocked!
