Property was beautiful. The pictures were accurate. Easy walk to restaurants, beach access, etc.. room was very clean. The host was wonderful and very quick to respond.

We only ended up staying 1 night due to the hurricane and everything being closed. But if given the opportunity will be back once the island recovers. Kim was wonderful and supportive and the unit was clean.

View and trade winds make this an excellent locations for windward side of Kauai. Getting to north or south side of island is impacted by Kauai traffic but at least you can head either direction. Many local eateries and markets are a plus. 7 mile walking path right outside your condo.

We had a great stay here! The room was perfect for two people. It was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The location was PERFECT and so beautiful. It was walking distance to the Coconut Market area that made it so easy and convenient to grab shaved ice, food or any souvenirs/shopping. We were able to explore the grounds with the pool, beach, bar etc. Check in was so easy! Kim was so nice and accommodating! She quickly responded, despite the time difference!

Clean room and host is fast to respond. Right on the beach and walking over to your room is surrounded by a lot of tropical greenery. You’re on the third floor however and there wasn’t any elevator I seen but still worth it.

Thank you Chris for staying at Islander 321 and for leaving us a 5 star review. Being steps away from the beach is definitely the place to be. We love that you appreciated the beautiful grounds at the Islander - it's a fantastic place to stroll through and see all of the tropical plants. It is true that like most beachfront Kauai properties, there is no elevator, however the stairs are very user friendly with landings, railings etc.

A beautiful view of the ocean especially in the morning. Can’t quite see the sunrise but lots of morning sunshine on the porch in the morning and the view and sounds of the ocean were great! The room was clean and had everything we needed. I especially liked the location. A short walk to Coconut marketplace is a great place to shop and they have some wonderful free Hula shows. Lava Lava Beach Club was our favorite restaurant, right on the beach and live music every night.

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful, centrally located for the activities we did on the island. The place itself has a lovely ocean view from the Lanai. A nice bonus was the beautifully tended gardens surrounding the property with information signs telling you about the local plants. We would definitely stay again!

Gut: Lage
We really enjoyed our stay. There is a view of the ocean from the balcony, and we were close enough that we could hear the waves crashing at night. The unit was small as expected, but had everything we needed and was clean. The pool and hot tub were nice with a bar that had a nightly happy hour. We were able to grill our own steaks one evening with the gas-powered grills on the property by the pool. The location in Kapa'a made it easy to explore both the Northern and Southern parts of the island. The Coconut Market next door has lots of stores, restaurants, and events going on almost every day. We would definitely return.
