Loved our stay here. Unit was very clean and exactly as described. Check-in process with Rebecca & Shannon was smooth and they were very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will look for this property again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about this condo. If anything, the listing doesn’t do it enough justice. Absolutely stunning views of the beach from inside with huge gorgeous windows. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The linens and towels were high quality and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. It was spotlessly clean. Being on the 1st floor was super convenient for beach access and loading/unloading the car. We can’t wait to come back and are already planning our next trip!

Fort Walton Beach is always such a nice vacation spot. This condo is beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of work into remodeling it. The bottom floor is so easy for bringing things into your room and avoiding the elevator/stairs, especially convenient for going back to the bathroom while enjoying the beach. We will definitely keep this room in mind for our next trip!

Great property and loved being on the ground floor- the beach access was just a short walk around the corner. The condo is very clean and a good size kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was beautifully labeled inside which made things easy to find and know where to put back. They thought of everything so it’s like home. Quick response in communications- they give you all the info you need at the start though so you are prepared with what you need to know. The parking lot in the front of the building is a hill but is flat on the sides, just a heads up for newcomers. Would stay again if in the area in the future!

We loved the condo! Specially the little accommodations included for little kids. Our kids loved the specious bunkbeds.The location was perfect. Close to the beach but away from all the noise of new year's eve. We are definitely saving this one as one of our favorites.

Pros: Great location right on the beach, ocean view from the living area and master bedroom, 1st floor unit making coming and going easy, clean and well stocked, the pool was clean and not crowded, plenty of room in the 2nd bedroom and their own tv, I’ve stayed in this town before and the people are friendly. Cons: The master bedroom has a very uncomfortable bed and awful pillows. It is bright in the mornings so I was up soon after the sun was. I didn’t sleep well all week, mostly due to the pillows. The bathroom in the master has no door which was a pain; we had to make sure to lock the bedroom door. The master bath tub (and counters) are very tall with an added lip for the shower door adding even more height to the tub. I had booked the first floor unit bc I was bringing my elderly mother. She still gets along pretty well for her age but she said the shower was difficult. Just a warning in case you bring someone that is elderly, has mobility issues, or is short.

Love this Condo!

As always this condo did not disappoint. This was our 9th time to stay here and we will be back again! We love the first floor ocean view, a few steps to the beach and the condo is always clean!

Perfect family beach stay!

This was a well taken care of condo that provided everything we needed for our family of 5! The owners were very responsive and kind. You can’t beat the location as it was directly on the ocean and in a quiet part of the area, which was exactly what we wanted! A perfect week at the beach - we will be back!

The layout was great. The kitchen had plenty of dishes. Everything was labeled neatly. The patio view was wonderful and the walk to the beach was short.

Great location!

We had an excellent stay at this beachfront property! The location was unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning views. The place was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was smooth and prompt, and the easy access from parking to the front door was a plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Our favorite place to stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It’s hands down our very favorite place to stay! Our boys are already asking us to book again. The condo is nice and clean while also providing all the basic things you need while staying there. The beach is literally right in front of you which is our favorite part. We much prefer Okaloosa island over Destin or PCB. We look forward to our next stay!
