Our home is very spacious two story home with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms.Take advantage of this new kitchen with granite counter-tops, white cabinetry and brand new stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for you to cook a home made meal. Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of our first Living room while watching Netflix-Disney+ on Smart TV. You'll have everything you need. Our home offers a brand new outdoor pool with a jacuzzi.
Our master bedroom offers a Smart TV as well as a walk in shower and a tub.
Each other bed room is unique with a different color for you to enjoy. On the first floor we have one bed with an walk in closet. Next to the bedroom is located the first restroom. Up stairs is located our laundry room, which is available for you to use. We also have a second living room that also has a Smart TV and also includes Netflix-Disney+. Up stairs is also located our other two bedroom and also a shareable restroom.

Here in the desert it can become very windy. When not in use and overnight please keep shades closed to prevent damage.

Pool cleaning is every Tuesday and Friday.
No glass ware is allowed near the pool.
Whirlpool hot tub wont be able until August 2024.


Kindly refrain from playing loud music outside after 11:00 PM.

Please maintain both upper and lower AC units no lower than 74°F.

Please NO smoking inside the house.
