We provide coasters to protect the dining table and encourage you to use them. =)
Unwind in the cozy living room, complete with an indoor fireplace and plush furnishings, or retreat to the family room boasting a 65" TV for movie nights and relaxation.
Need more entertainment?
Head to the bonus room, equipped with a 75" TV, comfortable seating, karaoke machine, wet bar (no booze included =) ), ping pong table, and laundry closet. The attached garage conversion is not available for parking vehicles; however, there is ample parking in front of the private access home. The additional stand-alone garage is used for owner storage and is not made available to guests. You will find LED ambient lighting accenting throughout the entire home, providing warmth and comfort to set the mood.

The pool, though unheated, remains comfortably warm through the end of September, from natural heat from the sun. The third bathroom listed is located in the pool shed, steps away from the pool, and is not connected to the main house. This bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink, and serves as a perfect changing room or bathroom to use while swimming. The other half of the pool shed is a storage space, and you will find some pool floaties to use for your stay.
The HOT TUB: The brand new, 4-person, Jacuzzi® J-200™ Series hot tub was installed in January 2026 (final landscaping pending till Spring time) and is nestled in front of the sparkling pool, with a full panorama of stunning valley views. Come and enjoy the most mesmerizing sunsets offered in Sonoma Valley! The hot tub has a convertible cover, and we kindly ask to cover the hot tub when not in use, to maintain pristinely clean water for all our guests. A pool/ spa service may visit during your stay to ensure pH levels are ideal. Plastic dishware is provided for the pool area and is located in a kitchen cabinet. *The hot tub photo is an AI rendering to present the model.
