Diese Eigentumswohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Besuch in der Smokies. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten. Das Master-Bad als einen Schritt in Dusche und einen großen Jacuzzi-Wanne. Der Gast Bad hat eine Dusche / Badewanne Kombination. Unsere voll ausgestattete Küche bietet in voller Größe Geräten, einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Alle Küchenutensilien sind mit Glaswaren, Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr versorgt. Nice place on a side street away from traffic near the end of town. Easily walk to Gatlinburg or the national park. Clean quiet rooms right on the creek. True condo rooms with full size everything , not converted hotel rooms. Will stay again

Excellent experience! Location is great, quiet, and very inviting. One of the best experiences we've had in Gatlinburg in a while. Room was a little dated but nothing that was a problem. Unit was extremely clean as well. Trailhead to the 2 mile Gatlinburg Trail to Sugarland Visitor Center is right around the corner. Easy access to the bypass if traffic in Gatlinburg is heavy.

Reviewer Comments: We wanted to stay within walking distance to the parkway in downtown Gatlinburg for the Christmas Parade....Park Place was only two short blocks from Red Light #10. Perfect location! We stayed in room 206 which was perfect for our party of 6 adults. No problem with the room at all. Everyone loved the creek that was directly below our balcony. The management was very friendly and courteous. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Most of the parking was covered which was a plus since it did rain off and on during our stay. We will stay here again in the future for sure.

I used to stay up in the mountains in the chalets but I love the easy access to the strip and just being able to walk there. Especially if you plan on partying at night. The streets going up the hill at night are horrible in my opinion. The place is always clean, might not look that way from the inside but they are. Plenty of space and I have not had any problems there. They are always so nice especially Donna. You also cant beat the price for the location and what you are getting either. We love getting the ones with the river view. It is really nice to sit out on the porch and just listen to it.

Property was as listed (no crazy surprises)

We as family liked our stay at this property. The location is nicely located in Gatlingburg (edge of town towards the entrance of NP). Property was clean and the check-in process was smooth. My only recommendation is that the kitchen items be upgraded (pot, pans, silverware etc). In spite of that I give this property a 5 star.
