I sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced, particularly with the bedding, as we take pride in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. I regret that this was not your experience. I do wish you had contacted our property manager immediately when this issue occurred as the matter could have been resolved promptly. The only concern reported was the pool light, which you brought to our attention on Aug 5th. Maintenance attended the following morning (Aug 6) and determined the bulb had burnt out. A replacement was ordered and installed on Aug 9. As well as there are 2 LED lights in the patio area designed to provide sufficient lighting for the pool deck. Regarding your note about a dead cockroach in the patio door track, during your initial call you mentioned ants near the pool area and around the house. In response, pest control was dispatched the next day, and our maintenance team placed granules around the property and pool cage. This treatment appears to have been effective.Rest assured that we contract monthly pest control services and take pride in maintaining both the interior and exterior of the home. That said, being in a tropical climate, occasional encounters with insects are unfortunately unavoidable despite preventative measures.
