Thank you for the 6 out of 10, and for taking the time to walk through everything, both what worked and what clearly didn't. Really glad the unit itself delivered on what was promised, quiet, the right size, and close enough to the Riverwalk to make it easy to get out and enjoy the area. Everything else you ran into, the sales desk push at check-in, the WiFi runaround, trash left in the hallways, and getting locked out without a heads-up on the key change, all comes down to how the front desk and on-site team handled things day to day. That's on the property's operations, not something we manage directly, but it's exactly the kind of feedback that needs to reach them. None of what you described is how any guest should be treated, especially three hours without working WiFi and a door that wasn't secure. We're sorry your stay came with that much friction outside of the unit itself. Hoping a future visit gives you the smooth, no-hard-sell experience the place is capable of.
