Welcome to your new found happy place! Nestled in a quiet, Old Town Scottsdale cul-de-sac, this one-of-a-kind, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home boasts the highest quality and impeccable attention to detail. Designer furnished and fully renovated in 2023, everything in the home is new! Perfectly located within a few miles of Scottsdale's finest restaurants and local shops. Experience ultimate comfort and convenience in your "home away from home!"
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with GE appliances, including a gas range with an 'Air Fry' capability! Fully stocked cabinets with cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils. Added bonus, the kitchen boasts a stunning, custom, 9' quartz island!
The primary suite feels like a 5 star resort, featuring a spa-like, custom designed, en-suite bathroom. Includes dual vanity sinks, custom quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, gorgeous walk-in shower & a huge walk-in closet! Complete with a king-sized bed, Smart TV and dedicated work space, the primary suite exudes a feeling of tranquility. Enjoy beautiful views of the pool with access to the backyard through sliding glass doors.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature queen size beds and Bedroom 4 features a full size bed. All bedrooms feel tranquil and provide an immediate sense of rest and relaxation. All bedrooms also have Smart TV's and ample closet space.
Guests will enjoy an abundance of space in the hall bathroom! The expansive bathroom includes double sinks, multiple drawers for storage, an impressive, oversized, 9' long, quartz countertop and walk-in shower!
The extensive covered entertainment patio is highlighted by a sparkling pool and gas BBQ grill. Enjoy a day lounging around the pool, or watching the unforgettable, stunning sunsets after dinner.
***WARNING*** Swim at your own risk! There is not a lifeguard on duty.
The pool at our property does not contain a safety barrier and is unsuitable for young children. We recommend that families with children staying at our property ensure that all children under seven avoid entering the outdoor area unaccompanied or are insufficient swimmers.***
The pool is NOT heated. Please leave the pool cleaner in the pool at all times. It is not to be removed or taken out of the water. This ruins the instrumentation, the pump and the motor. Pool settings, switches or dials may not be adjusted. Given our desert surroundings and pools being outdoors, it is common to find leaves and dirt/debris in the pool. During their stay, guests are welcome to use the skimmer at their discretion to remove any such debris. Removal of the cleaner from pool will result in $200 service fee for our pool team to recalibrate system.
Guests are required to park in the driveway. Two vehicles will fit in the driveway and there is space on the east side of the cul-de-sac for additional vehicles. There will not be access to the garage as it is used for the owner's storge.
7 day minimum stay required.
The garbage and recycling bins are located on the side of the house, next to the gate. The garbage (black bin) is picked up every Monday and should be placed on the curb by 7am. Recyclable items (pink bin) are picked up every Friday and should be placed on the curb by 7am.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
This home is a non-smoking residence. This includes, but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and all vaping devices. A minimum of $2,500.00 will be charged if a violation occurs.
Additional features include: new roof, new HVAC and ducts, new tankless water heater, new water purification system, new plumbing, new electrical, new windows and sliders throughout. Handpicked light fixtures and cabinet hardware, new fans, new pool, new pool equipment and a newly built-in gas BBQ.
