Our beautiful, new 2024-built Biltmore Village premium home in Asheville awaits you. Enjoy the 24-foot vaulted living room with expansive, sunlit windows and modern furnishings. Walk out from the kitchen to the top deck, gaze at mountain views, and listen to birds while sipping your coffee or eating outside.

Our spacious, pet-friendly 5-bed / 3.5-bath home offers a premium kitchen, 3 Smart TVs, comfy beds, private desks, 3 parking spots, laundry, and more! Located only 10mins from downtown.

The only locked-off areas downstairs are the utility closet and storage room. I politely ask that you please stay out of those areas if they're unlocked for some reason.

I want you to be happy, healthy, comfortable, and well-taken care of! I'll check-in with you a couple of days before you arrive, at check-in, a couple days after being in the home, mid-stay, and several days before check-out. Knowing that you'll be in the home a little while, I want you to feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of.

Biltmore Village is a quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood. Remi Ln and Winding Rd are dead-end streets, which means the only traffic is from people who live there! Very enjoyable location for a home-away-from-home.

Driving is the easiest way to get around from this home. There are sidewalks throughout Biltmore Village, making walking to a coffee shop, brewery, or restaurant convenient! Walking your dog is also a great experience.

• Walk 10mins to The Daily Grind coffee shop.
• Walk 15mins to Moe's Original BBQ.
• Walk 15-20mins to French Broad River Brewery, Catawba Brewing Company, or Hillman Beer.
• Walk 25mins to downtown Biltmore Village.

This home has a driveway. You will have 3 off-street dedicated parking spots.

Please note nobody is living on-site 24/7, but if any problems come up, we will do our best to address them as soon as possible.

For non-emergency issues, I'll send a maintenance person out as soon as I can. For smaller issues, I'll have a maintenance person resolve after your departure from the home.

👉We've included for you a starter of supplies like cooking basics, paper products, and bathroom essentials!
👉Dogs must be kept on leashes as at all times outdoors, due to other dogs possibly being present.

Biltmore Village is a quieter, family-friendly neighborhood that's still close to everything. This area is perfect for those who will be around a while, usually a month or longer, and desire a relaxing home. Located on a dead-end street, the only through-traffic is from residents on the street, which means a very quiet street! Only a 10min walk to the Daily Grind Coffee Shop or 15-20min walk to breweries and restaurants. Driving, it's only 2mins to Biltmore Village, 5mins to the highway, and 10mins to Downtown Asheville.
