Located across the street from the beach, this charming beach house has everything you need to feel right at home. Gorgeous views offer you beautiful summer sunsets while the spacious living areas both indoors and outdoors give you plenty of room to unpack and unwind!

There’s enough space for everyone to spread out and get comfortable while still feeling cozy and quaint. The best part is the ample outdoor living space that offers you a front row seat to the fishing boats leaving the harbor as well as sunsets you’ll have to see to believe.

Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway or a beach trip to celebrate the summertime, Saltmarsh will provide you with everything you need to make your trip memorable.

The house has everything needed for a weekend getaway or a family trip to the beach. While you can have the best time hanging around the beach l house, we’re also located in a coastal beach community that has so many things to do and amazing local eats.

    Great Location

    This property is perfect for families or small groups. Great open floor plan in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked with everything you might need. Julie was a gracious host. We have family in the area and will be back if available.

    This was my 2nd stay at this property. Inviting, feels like a home away from home. The property is lovely and has all the amenities you need to stay for a proper vacation. Quiet, but friendly neighborhood. Close to beaches and shopping. Even took in a concert at the Xfinity Center during one of my stays, and the drive was nothing. Finally, can’t beat the breeze while sitting on the porch. Best part of my stay.

    We loved Saltmarsh. Great deck with ocean views and a gas fireplace for chilly nights. Easy access to the ocean just across the road. Beautiful house—quality design and furnishings. Comfortable with just what you need. Really great for 2 couples. Responsive host. Loved the location too! Great local seafood.

    A wonderful property with an amazing view. The home is lovely and the owner thoughtfully provides above and beyond for any vacationing guest. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Most accurate description of any property I have booked in sometime. And while the home is beautiful, the porch is the true selling point if you enjoy an evening breeze. I would highly recommend and hope to return next summer!

    Cute

    Cute house, good location. Neighborhood is very quiet and nice. A live band played one night, 2 doors down, we sat outside and listened for a while. Once we went inside we never heard it. We came from Texas and brought the miserable heat with us. There is no central air but window units for the bedrooms. They didn’t keep up well with the heat but the bedroom was bearable. Sitting downstairs was a definite not happening. We did end up moving the a/c from the bedroom we weren’t using, downstairs and that helped very little. The shower felt amazing. The town was super cute and we enjoyed it.

    Hi Tierra, thank you for your review and for staying with us at Saltmarsh! For us as hosts, clear communication and prompt responses are key to ensuring our guests have a great stay. When you book with us, we make sure everything is laid out in detail and that includes that the house has window units, not a central air system. I do apologize that it was hot, being that it was in August that is our hottest month of the year here in MA so I certainly do understand. I do wish that you had reached out to me during your stay, as I am always available for our guests, and I could have better accommodated the warmer conditions by providing you with more window units to help in cooling the house down. I know it’s tough when it’s hot out and that it’s never comfortable when the temps get too high. It’s equally as tough to help resolve problems that arise if we are never made aware. Should you choose to stay with us in the future or at another rental, please reach out to the host so we can help make your stay more enjoyable as that is why we are here!
