Summary:
This unparalleled top floor, corner unit, beachfront condo is located on a peaceful section of our beach known as Shore Drive. Enjoy the quick walk down to the beach, pool - moreover, you will also enjoy being within walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway!
The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: There is an elevator. Self check-in unit with an electronic keypad.
Kitchen: Newly updated and fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Access to the peaceful direct oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 1: Access to a small private balcony via sliding glass doors. 1 King bed. TV.
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed. TV.
Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between bedroom 1 & 2.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds. Half bathroom attached.
Bathroom 3: Attached to bedroom 3. Half bathroom - toilet and sink only.
Balcony 1 (main): Spacious. Beachfront. Incredible for outdoor dining, card games, or meditation!
Balcony 2: Attached to bedroom 1. Beachfront!
Pool: There are 2 complex pools. Operation hours and schedule subject to HOA rules and regulations.
Beach: Direct beach access from the complex. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer, in-unit.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (not private owners closets) along with the shared complex pools.
The Neighborhood:
The complex is located in the peaceful Shore Dr section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.

Getting Around:
Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets. Max guest count is 8.
By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform
Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Thursday. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
