Stay in the heart of New Orleans! This 4-bedroom, 4-bath unit is perfect for families or groups. All bedrooms have king beds with private ensuites. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and 65” smart TV; each bedroom has a 55” TV. Full kitchen, dining area, stacked washer/dryer, clothing steamer, and private patio included.

Guests enjoy the shared rooftop pool & hot tub (8am–10pm, weather permitting). Non-smoking; vaping allowed in designated area on 9th floor.

You will have private access to your unit. The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the building. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. This area is designated as non-smoking.

Our arrival and departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay. Upon booking, please provide an updated phone number and email address.

The Eleanor is located on a streetcar line. Use the streetcar to get to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, City Park, Cemeteries and plenty of other areas along the way. We recommend downloading the Le Pass RTA app and getting a Jazzy Pass for getting around the city.

We are located in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Ave. We are 2 blocks from Canal Street. It is a 10 minute walk to Bourbon Street and a 10 minute walk (in the opposite direction) to the Caesar's Superdome or Smoothie King Center. We are also a mile from the Amtrak (train) and Greyhound (bus) Stations. The Eleanor is located on a streetcar line, and we recommend downloading the Le Pass RTA app and getting a Jazzy Pass for getting around the city.

We are located above a separately owned parking garage with a second surface lot just to the rear of our building. Their prices are generally $20-$30/24 hours (unless you’re coming over a special event or festival). The garage is Park First Saratoga Garage #1025. And the surface lot is ParkMobile Zone 50408.
