Welcome to our home!

Our single story house has a lot of space. It is tastefully decorated and furnished, there are 5 bedrooms all with their own unique style.
The open plan design of the home is light and airy with newly installed tile floors throughout the main living area compliments beautifully.

Our formal dining area seats 6 while our kitchen dining area also accommodates 6. Our breakfast bar seats 4 so there will not be a fight for seats.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has an electric oven, coffee machine, blender toaster, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit and a large American style fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser.
Down the hallway you will find the family bathroom with bathtub and shower over head.
The blue bedroom has a queen bed and wall mounted tv, The pink room has two twin beds with a Minnie Mouse theme with princess themed drawers and a wall mounted Tv.
Our gray Star Wars room has two twin beds with illuminated light sabers built into the headboard. This room also has a wall mounted Tv.

Leading back into the family room you will find leather reclining sofas, just what is needed after a day at the parks and a sliding patio door leading out to the sunny pool deck, swimming pool and spa (these can be heated with an additional fee)

To the left of the family room is our master suite has a king sized bed and wall mounted tv. The ensuite bathroom has a large vanity and separate shower, ideal for pool access leading out to the covered lanai.
To the right is our purple room, with lots of cupboards and clothes storage, wall mounted tv. The ensuite has a bath and shower over.

The garage houses the laundry facilities, a large washing machine and dryer set, ironing board and Iron.
Children equipment includes high chair, pack and play and a stroller.
