The home

This entire townhome spans two floors and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen, creating a natural gathering place for meals, games, and downtime. Arcade games add a playful touch, making it easy to keep everyone entertained once you’re back home. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round, and Wi-Fi and a TV are available for quiet nights in.



Sleeping arrangements

There are four bedrooms arranged across both levels. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, closets, and private bathrooms. One bedroom includes a bunk bed with queen mattresses and a pull-out twin bed. One bedroom is located on the main floor, with the remaining bedrooms upstairs, offering a balanced mix of convenience and privacy. Bed linens and clean sheets are provided for your stay.

For added peace of mind, the property is located within a gated community staffed by a 24-hour security guard, so you can feel secure and comfortable from the moment you arrive. Other Things to Note:

The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every guest stay. Our professional cleaning team follows strict standards to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for all guests.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that check-out time is 10:00 AM. To properly prepare the home for incoming guests, housekeeping is scheduled to begin immediately after check-out. Late departures may disrupt cleaning schedules and upcoming reservations. Guests who remain past the designated check-out time may be subject to a late check-out fee of up to $300.



This property operates as a self-catered home, meaning supplies are not replenished during your stay. Upon arrival, each bathroom will be stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The laundry room includes detergent pods sufficient for up to two (2) loads. In the kitchen, guests are provided with one roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, though coffee is not supplied. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided for your use.



If you notice any missing items, please notify us immediately upon check-in so we can assist with restocking.
