You will have the house all to yourself. Check-in is done via smart code. We will even pre-register you with the resort so you will also have a gate access code so you do not have to wait in line into the Storey Lake community.



Storey Lake Resort is located in the heart of the Disney World Area and restaurants are within a short distance by car. The entrance to the complex is a gated community. You will receive your own parking pass via email/text easy access.

Storey Lake Resort features the Hideaway Club, a resort clubhouse that accommodates residents vacationing in the community. This beautiful clubhouse is filled with amenities for active families that include multiple sports courts, a children's playground as well as a resort-style swimming pool with splash park. The Hideaway Club is also a full service restaurant and bar, we even have an ice cream shop to refresh yourself with some sweet treats. There are multiple activities to enjoy with your friends and family such as mini- golf and kayaking and movie nights.

Guests will have full access to the home for their entire stay, including the lovely outdoor pool area, the laundry machine, TVs, a full kitchen, and comfy bedrooms. Cable is provided and the TVs are smart TVs. Feel free to use your own subscription to Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu. High-Speed Wifi (200MB) is available throughout the house.

Guests will also get free access to the Storey Lake Resort amenities, including the water park, pool, lazy river, and more. Resort amenities are a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute drive, from the property. Parking is available at the resort club house.

We will send you an email with the address, check-in instructions, your smart lock code, and other info 48 hours before your check-in date/time.
 

Soft daylight fills the open living area as you start your morning, the steady comfort of central air keeping the townhouse cool after a restful night. You can take your coffee outside to the screened patio, where the private pool sits ready for an easy swim, or ease into the day indoors before heading out to the parks or resort amenities nearby. Evenings tend to slow naturally here, with space for everyone to unwind after full days of activity.

Living Space
This entire townhouse is designed for shared time and personal downtime alike. The open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge create a natural gathering space, with comfortable seating and a 55-inch HDTV that supports streaming and cable. WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed, while the overall layout keeps the atmosphere relaxed and functional for longer stays.

Sleeping arrangements
Four themed bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across nine beds. On the first floor, the Minions-themed bedroom includes one queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, its own Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Another Disney-themed bedroom offers two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and the fourth bedroom includes a king bed in a calm, neutral setting. The arrangement allows groups to spread out while still staying connected.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms support smooth routines for families and groups. One bathroom on the main level includes a walk-in shower, while the primary suite’s ensuite offers a bathtub and shower combination. A third bathroom upstairs serves the remaining bedrooms. Bathroom essentials are provided, and a washer and dryer are located upstairs for added convenience.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home-style meals, whether you’re preparing quick breakfasts before the parks or relaxed dinners in the evening. The dining area sits just off the kitchen, flowing naturally into the lounge so everyone can stay part of the conversation.

Outdoor living
The screened-in private patio offers a flexible place to enjoy the Florida climate. The private outdoor pool is available year-round and open 24 hours. Pool heating is available for $20 per day. Outdoor seating makes it easy to linger outside, and the BBQ grill can be used for a $50 fee per stay.

Resort access
Guests can use nearby resort facilities at Storey Lake, including a water park, lazy river, resort-style swimming pool, mini golf, fitness center, and additional recreation areas. A shared gym is available nearby, along with on-site dining options and activities suited to a range of ages.

Neighborhood and access
Located minutes from Disney World and Old Town, the townhouse offers a convenient base for exploring Kissimmee and surrounding attractions, including Universal Studios within driving distance. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are close by. The gated community supports self check-in via smart lock and includes free parking on premises as well as free street parking.

Perfect for families
Family-friendly features include a pack ’n play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and table corner guards. Exterior security cameras are present in the form of a Ring doorbell that records audio and video for security purposes, with no cameras inside the home. The combination of resort access, thoughtful amenities, and comfortable indoor spaces makes this townhouse a practical and welcoming choice for time together in Kissimmee.


Important
Please note that there is a $50 fee per stay to use the grill. There is an extra propane tank and we do a deep clean between uses. It is $20 per day to use the pool heater. You can let us know your desired temperature and we will set it for you.

We are in one of the best locations in all of Metro Orlando! Just 10 minutes from Disney, about 20 minutes from Universal and Orlando International Airport (MCO), close to all access to the main highways, not to mention that we are in a place where in 3 minutes we reach the most important Supermarket chains in FL and the USA. A very organized, clean, safe neighborhood and close to everything you and your family need to spend the best vacation days of your life.

Getting around
The most used means of transport here in our area are App rideshares and private cars (own or rented), however, within a 10-minute walking our guests can find a public transport spot that is served by several bus lines to important integration points in the Metropolitan Areas of Kissimmee and Orlando.

-By booking, you agree to identity verification through Truvi, which requires uploading your government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport
- No smoking inside the property or the pool area.
- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
-The house has a starter pack including: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one small shampoo and conditioner bottle, and hand soap per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, and one kitchen sponge.

We have two cameras that actively record audio and video. The first is a riing door bell and is in the front door. The second is outside, past the pool, and faces the outside gate. There are no cameras inside the house or facing the pool.
