Welcome to Morgantown Morning, a timeless and tailored Fort Morgan vacation home located in Morgantown's quaint, beachside community. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Morgantown Morning welcomes you with traditional coastal interiors, an array of community amenities, and beach access just a few steps away.

Offering 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this Fort Morgan vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. Morgantown Morning features include a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a gulf-facing dining area. With six chairs at the dining room table and four more at the bar, this Fort Morgan vacation home is perfect for getting the whole family together to enjoy a hot meal. Moreover, Morgantown offers the best amenities, including two community pools, tennis courts, a pickleball court, basketball, and three boardwalks for dedicated beach access spanning over hundreds of feet of sugar-sand beaches.

Upon entry to this raised one-story beach house, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen and living room overlooking the front porch and the Gulf of Mexico only steps away from the white sandy beaches and clear waters that the Alabama Gulf Coast is known for. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Fort Morgan vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, plus generous flat-screen TVs in the living area and every bedroom. To the left just off of the living room, you will find the master suite with en suite bathrooms complete with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2-3 feature a queen bed, bedroom 4-5 feature a double bed, and bedroom 6 has two sets of twin bunks, to sleep four guests.

Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 for the entirety of their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Winter monthly guests are welcome Morgantown Morning is best booked directly through our website.

This home is great, especially when you have small children. There are no stairs to worry about inside. The home is spacious. We were all able to sit together at dinner and in the family room. The ice machine was a delight to have also. I wish all the bedrooms had queen or king beds, but we have flexible people and we made it work. The house is 50 yards from the boardwalk which leads to the beach and a short walk to the pools and tennis/pickleball courts!

Perfection!

This property was exactly as described and so close to the beach we could see the waves. The home was clean and very well furnished with all the kitchen essentials, lots of towels, and a nice amount of supplies to get us started. We have stayed in this neighborhood before but not this house, and this was even better than we expected it to be. We would love to return in the future!

Morgantown Morning was a beautiful home. With 3 small children, it was important to find a home with no inside stairs and this was a winner! Our family cooks so we were glad to see that we had all the necessary tools for cooking! There were plenty of towels and the house was right across from the beach access. It would have been nicer to have another queen or king bedroom, rather than 2 doubles, but we made it work. All this property needs is a swing under the house!
