All these provisions are exclusively for Perdido Towers owners and guests. All boat accommodations are located on Ole River, right across the street from the condos. (Very Important: Boaters who wish to bring their boat to Perdido Towers must reserve accommodations for their boat in advance. Reservations for boat trailer parking and dock parking are first-come first-served and an additional deposit is required in advance of your arrival. No boat parking or launching is allowed without advance approval by onsite management. This is for each guest's best interest and to avoid disappointment and inconvenience.)
