I’m glad you slept well there! Towels are always in the hallway closet. Sorry if you didn’t see them but we don’t like to leave them out so guests know they’re clean. Check in instructions should’ve been given you by Vrbo and also Vrbo’s calendar should not have allowed a double booking. Apologies regardless.

How’re you even allowed to give a review if you never stayed in the place. You obviously had your own personal reasons to cancel and go elsewhere but do not blame it on us. If you want to cancel without a penalty, just ask and we would’ve given it freely.

I’m sorry about the confusion. Check in time is at 3pm or after but you arrived at 11am. I’m sorry but the cleaners need time between guests checking out and checking in to clean and make the place ready for the next guest. VRBO should’ve notified you with check in instructions also and I did message you as well. Sorry about the misunderstanding.

Really Chris? Wow. I feel like some guests are purposely trying to complain in order to get free services. The listing says there is no coffee and you knew this because you messaged us about it and we told you even though the listing clearly says there’s no coffee, we’ll provide you $20 refund if you wanted to continue with the booking and you accepted. We also refunded you more than promised of $30 just to show our good faith even though you knew there was no coffee from the beginning. You never complained about anything else or reached out to us on anything else. The listing also says there is a portable AC. And we’ve tested it at 103 degree weather, the house thermostat said 72 inside. And why would you need more than one blanket per bed if it was hot inside? Just doesn’t make any sense. But to exaggerate and complain in your manner is excessive. You’re misleading other guests when they read this and it’s unfair to potential guests and us. You booked the least expensive place but expect five star hotel service. I’m sorry but you should be bit more reasonable. We are offering up our private houses so guests can enjoy them. They have all the essentials and it’s clean and safe house. We’re not big hotels. Please be considerate. We offered you a full refund if you wanted to book a different place or to give you credit back and you accepted to stay. And for you to write these after the fact is very deceitful and spiteful.
