Escape to our serene Delray Beach retreat with a lovely lake view! This modern 2-bedroom apartment comfortably sleeps 5 and features a fully equipped kitchen and private patio. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a heated pool, gym, and tennis courts. Just minutes from vibrant Downtown Atlantic Avenue and a short drive to the beach. House Rules:
1. No smoking (vaping, E-Cigarette, Hookah) in the home, violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fee to de-smoke the home. 2. Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 5 pm, and check-out is 10 am. If you'd like an early check-in at 3:00 pm and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24hrs in advance and send us $35 via the platform so that we can authorize this for you.
3. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.
4. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay
5. Please observe and respect the Quiet Hours: 10PM - 8AM
6. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night
7. We require a $250 security deposit for stays less than 28 night and a $300 security deposit for stays 28 nights or longer and once a month cleaning of $100 extra fee. Any damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.
8. There is a $150 charge for losing key fob.
9. Prescreening background photo id check and rental agreement required.
10. PETS ALLOWED $75 Pet service fee applies
11. Must be 21 years or older

Fantastic! Clean and spacious. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The property was beautifully clean with all the amenities we needed. But there were additional features and helpful touches that made us feel comfortable and welcome as well. I would highly recommend this property with all its features. The pool was great and the surroundings were gorgeous too.

The property is accurate to the pictures on the site and the manager Jon is on top of his communication with us. The place is close to 95, the turnpike and short drive to the beach. We would rent this again should we return to the area.
