Full one bedroom condo newly renovated in the Bay View resort. The condo is centrally-located between 5th and 6th avenue, in walking distance to the CCMF in June. Amazing direct views of the ocean! This spacious condo includes a full kitchen with bar, dining room, living room, in unit washer/dryer combo, and direct ocean view balcony. Building amenities include indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, indoor lazy river, outdoor firepit, fitness center, and detached gated parking garage.

This condo sits next to an additional Oceanfront King room that can be unlocked to make a large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation home for your entire family. The additional space sleeps up to 4 comfortably with a king bed and sleeper sofa perfect for little ones. We’re so glad you’re here! We are Dave and Maria, two avid beach lovers who are hoping to make lasting memories here for our family as well as yours! We met on our first weekend in college and 13 years later are excited to begin our dream of creating our own little piece of paradise and sharing it with you. With three energetic boys 5 and under our day-to-day life is anything but a walk on the beach but we can’t wait to watch them grow with each trip we take here.
