Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked for group meals, with modern appliances, generous counter space, and all the essentials already covered. The open living and dining areas keep everyone connected, while the sunroom offers a quieter spot for coffee, reading, or a little time away from the crowd.

When the group wants to turn up the energy, the game room delivers with a pool table, foosball table, streaming TV, two lounge areas, and a queen bed for extra flexibility. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

- This home is located in the Pinecrest community. Gated and registration are required upon check-in. We will provide more details about this requirement once your reservation is confirmed.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Bookings made 2 weeks or less before check-in time incur a $105 late registration fee from the community
- All guests must have a community pass. 6 free passes are included with each booking and each additional pass will be $95, plus the transaction fee. The pass grants guests access to the community and is applicable year-round.
- Fees are subject to change based on HOA regulations.
- The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.
