This condo was small but perfect for three of us. It was nice and clean (except for the dirty diaper left in the bathroom trash) and I was impressed that the kitchen had everything we needed, plus extra! Could have definitely used more toiletries. One small shampoo, conditioner and soap for 3 people for 4 days was definitely not enough.

The Courtyard has always been a favorite of ours. Great location and nice amenities. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture comfy in our one bedroom condo. Office staff were really nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Major Disappointment

room was dirty. Dead and live roaches throughout the room, stove floor. Food remnants were under ottoman, old goldfish. Murphy bed was down and when pickup dirty towel and bugs. No kitchen soap, towels, dishwasher pods, Tub backed up and wads of hair and **** pulled out. New staff was so unprofessional and rude. Housekeeping had to come in twice, room was sprayed for bugs and maintenance had to come in. Hopefully the next time the room is rented it will be in good condition, because we had a very bad stay. Left word for BOD president to call me, I hope he does. WE HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE FOR 30+ YEARS, THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST DISAPPOINTED STAY. OUTDOOR PROPERTY WAS CLEAN, ROOM WAS DISCUSTING. UPON LEAVING THE ROOM, ROACH WAS LEFT ON THE STOVE, IT APPEARED UPON WAKING UP
