Near the beach with a pool!

True to description, nice kitchen, only a block from the beach. Beds and couches were comfy. Nice new TVs for relaxing after the beach.

Would stay again

Due to a medical emergency, we had to cut our stay short. But the little time we were there, we enjoyed the property. Never got a chance to make use of the pool, but it looked nice.

Great for a family

This place was awesome! My wife and I have 3 boys, a hotel room was out of the question. A perfect amount of space for a family of 5, or even a few more. It wasn’t fancy or anything which helps with cost and risk when having children. The pool is a good size, and when we stayed late nobody seemed to notice or care which was very nice. We had a lovely stay here and I would do it again in a heart beat.

Off the busiest part of the boardwalk area yet a very short drive to restaurants and shops. And a pool on site was a very welcomed addition to a long hot beach day. The unit itself was so nice and clean. We were very pleased!!

It’s cozy, comfortable., and has had a new island put in which even made the unit better. Anchor and the land lord is wonderful. This year the keyless entry was a such a convenience. Will be waiting to book again next year.

Comfortable lodging

The beds were comfortable (which is a major thing). The living room furniture was new and comfortable. The place was overall clean on the inside.There was mold or mildew on the outsides of both entry doors. Caulking needs to be replaced in the smaller bathroom around the tub and something to help with the slippery tub bottom (after the first shower, we both used the one in the master bedroom). With all of the (somewhat threatening) notes around the place, there needs to be one that says that the outside garbage cans don't need to be moved to the street and are taken care of by the garbage folks. I happened to see someone in the parking lot who must do maintenance there and was told that.

I am so glad that I booked this condo for our beach vacation rather than a hotel! It was amazing to have space for our family of 5 to spread out during our trip, and the luxury of two available bathrooms cannot be overstated. The beach is about one block away; we went there every day in just our swimsuits and had the best time without the need to lug a bunch of stuff with us! There is a washer and dryer in the condo so I was able to wash all of our beach things immediately. There are dishes and pots and pans available--one night we went to the grocery store and bought slice and bake cookies and made them for a treat. I would definitely recommend this property, especially for a family that wants to spread out and have a little privacy from one another! I didn't have any concerns to express during my stay, but I did have a question about the trash, and the property manager responded immediately via email. The unit was clean and there were supplies so that we could continue to keep it clean for ourselves. The towels and sheets were nice and the air conditioning was quiet. We didn't use the pool but could see it from the back door and it looked well maintained. It was a great experience all around!

Enjoyable short summer getaway

Although we had a rough start; a key mix up, the reality management company compensated quickly with a beach cart and umbrella. The condo was very clean, the pool was a great size with plenty of chairs and tables, and the beach was an way short walk. Was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown VB but close enough to enjoy.

Reviewer Comments: Greats: - further north than the boardwalk, the beach across the street isn't a complete zoo. - pool in the courtyard is awesome for too hot for the beach days. - condo had everything we needed for a family of four Goods - Good location but you have to frogger a very busy street to get to the beach. You also have to drive everywhere for a restaurant or putt putt Bads- The cleaning crew is sub-par. I'd suggest Anchor find a new vendor that cares.

Charming beach getaway

This renovated property was a great place for our family vacation! It's a short walk across the street to a large beach (not too crowded). It's also only a very short drive to the boardwalk and lots of restaurants and entertainment. We had plenty of cooking space in the kitchen and could comfortably relax in the living area. The bedrooms are spacious. It was also nice to have access to a pool. We're looking forward to going back!
