Wonderful vacation condo!

We had a wonderful stay!! The small basket of toys in the living room was a welcome surprise, kitchen was well stocked with our needs, and the extra beach supplies in the garage for communal use was awesome! The space was small but clean and had everything we needed. My only critiques would be the sliders on the balcony doors could use some tlc, the condo could really benefit from a few boxes of tissues (maybe I’m weird for that) and the master bath overhead light is broken.

A great 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo.right in the beach. A great deck overlooking the beach and ocean. A great place to start the day with a cup of coffee. We'll furnished and equipped with great kitchen appliances. Only steps away from a private pool, and the beach. Check it out!

The stay was awesome. Loved the views and how clean and neat the pad was. The only thing we noticed was when we used the dryer our clothes smelled of pets.

This place is perfect! The location is a dream, we brought our two year old son and it was very kid friendly. The pool is clean and just the right size. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The location was perfect and right in front of the beach. Great view and easy parking. The home was clean and spacious. Everything we needed as for stores, was close by. We will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

If you are looking for a 2 bedroom condo ON the beach, then look no further! This place is in a GREAT location- RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!! The condo itself needs some TLC, but it had everything we were looking for, so we were good with it.

Everything was great except the mattress in the master bedroom. Every morning I got up my body felt like Mike Tyson had beat me and my husband. The place was and the view was breath taking.

Great beachside location

Our family stayed for 4 days over April break. The location was truly ocean front and we fell asleep listening to the waves each night. Location is minutes to everything. Tim and Cheryl were easy to work with and Vacasa was responsive to our questions/needs as well. The condo was clean and furnishings were nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the ocean views. Would rent again.

Needs new management, new instructions, repair and better maintenance, unimpressed.

That mouse feces on the dirty pull out really set the tone. The hand towel hooks were ripped out, not replaced. The glass planter is falling off of the wall above the toilet, it’s poorly managed / owned by Vacasa who “didn’t have information” about where a key was to the beach closet, they made no attempt to get with the owner while my items were locked (locks from inside) There was a big storm and the sliding glass door and window to the left took on water FYI, needs caulking. Main shower is not for tall people, not an issue just an FYI. Honestly it was way overpriced and I feel embarrassed bringing my family here, no idea how their reviews are that good. The check in instructions say to take the elevator, there isn’t one. The door code was 10 digits so memorizing it wasn’t easy. The AC worked well, floors were nice, beds were lower quality but not the worst. Everything about this property seems to be patch it cheap and overcharge.I contacted them, they didn’t care.
