Check in time: 4:00 p.m. Check out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The condo was spacious and well maintained. The is a calming vibe with how the building is nestled in. It is super close to the beach. Our view was incredible! We had an amazing family trip! Would recommend the Carolina Dunes to everyone!

Beautiful week in Myrtle
Great location and loved that it was a parking lot to park in and not a parking garage. Lots of space inside the condo and beautiful ocean views. Definitely could use some updates inside the condo but being that we were outside most of the time, we could live with it for a week.

Good space for 5 adults. The space needs some TLC, carpets need to be cleaned...lots of stains/spots. We loved the easy access to the beach. Need some work on amenities provided.

Disappointed with the rental
The property was run down and carpets where filthy and had mold on walls and the bathrooms. I called the property manager Vacasa and they worked with me to relocate us to a new place. It was frustrating .watiredwas tired

This was the worst condo I've ever rented anywhere. Not only did it have stained carpet and need lots of updates, there was black mold everywhere. The pipes in the bathrooms hammered every time we flushed the toilets. We had one small frying pan, and the Teflon was flaking off. We had to cook everything in pots. My husband and I were given two wash cloths for the week, which seemed really inadequate. We would have had to wash them daily if we hadn't gone out and bought more. Overall, a bad condo to rent.

Do not stay at this Condo!!! Runaway!!!
From the moment that we walked into this Condo we knew it was not good. The smell was horrible and we quickly found out why. There was mold thru out this unit. I took serveral pictures. Black mold. Even a picture frame had mold growing in it. The carpet was very dirty and stained.
Not good at all. No onsight management to talk with. Had to do everything via text message and phone calls. Will not be using this service anymore.

Black Mold & Water damage
Black mold in pantry, entry door had major water damage and black mold. From top of door to floor and towards the kitchen on the baseboard, carpets stained, A/C went out last night on property. Curtain clips broken on about 2 foot of the rail. So the curtain was just hanging in the middle. Waster damage in the bathroom. There was a not skillet larger than an 8 inch fry pan. Could only make one hamburger at a time. And one grill cheese at a time. They had to come in and fix the toilet it sounded like the pipes were banging together. They said sand was in the plugger. Microwave push opener is broken and there was not a ring to hold the glass up to turn so it just wabbled around when heating anything.

Requires Maintenance
I'll start from walking in the door. The door lock is an electronic lock and the passcode is a 10-digit number. It's so old that the lock will reset before the 10-digits can be entered. It takes multiple attempts to get the door to open. Once we entered the condo there were water stains, mold, and and loose wallpaper on the wall in the hallway. With the exception of the kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms, there is carpet throughout. The carpet had stains all over. There was even a dark trail from the front bedroom to the bathroom. More water stains, mold, and peeling ceilings were found in the kitchen. This place is in desperate need of some maintenance. My only means of communication was through a text I received from the rental company. They stated someone would be contacting me soon. I'm still waiting to be contacted! I wanted a refund so we could go somewhere else. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
