Alto Can Atins - Panoramic sea view

Alto Can means "House of the Alto" in the Ibizan dialect, a name inherited from Sergio, a Spaniard who lived in the old house where this new and charming project stands today.

The house sits at the top of a dune in Atins, with unique views over the sea and the Preguiças River. The design is simple and minimalist, planned to make the most of the trade-wind breezes, its distinctive terrace and, above all, the view.

The ground floor has a large en-suite bedroom that opens onto the kitchen, dining and living area, where you can appreciate the quality of the finishes, the comfort and the surrounding nature. On the second floor there is a second spacious bedroom, with large cross windows that keep it airy and bright.
